ちくわ天も美味しかったです。ランチはコーヒーが付いてくるというサービスは普通のうどん屋さんではなかなかないので嬉しかったです♪

 It's a shop at the west exit of Omiya station, and the udon noodles are very chewy and delicious.
Chikuwa heaven was also delicious. I was happy because the service that comes with coffee for lunch is hard to find at an ordinary udon restaurant ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近大宮事務所周辺でランチスポット開拓中。この日はおうどん工房 杏樹さんで肉汁うどんをまいたけ天付きでいただきました。コシのある麺に出汁も美味しく、天ぷらも上々！定期巡回店になりそうです。

肉のつけ汁も味が濃い目ではあるが、焼いたちくわやネギ、豚肉が入っていてうまい。太麺のつけ麺より食べ応えがある
山手線圏内ではなかなか見かけない食類のうどんなのでここまで食べにくる価値はあると思う
13:00からは食後のコーヒーがサービスで出てくる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼にさいたま市を訪れて、立ち寄ったうどん屋さん。太打ちのうどんで武蔵野うどんと呼ばれています。期間限定のからみ汁をいただきました。もっちり弾力と食べ応え抜群のうどんでさらに、つゆがピリ辛でこれまたうどんとマッチします！お店の中も居心地がよく、店員さんが丁寧な応対でした！再来訪したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした！

肉汁うどん+日替わり天ぷら 950円
旨みたっぷりのつゆに麺が絡んでうまい?
中に入っているお肉も大きく食べ応えあり
今日のてんぷらは舞茸。天ぷらの舞茸をかなり久しぶりに食べましたがこれも美味しい！
お腹が空いていましたが満腹になりました。
付け合わせのほんのりカレーの匂いが香るマカロニサラダが良い箸休めとなりました。
個人的には口コミ数・評価の割にかなり美味しいと感じました。また行きます?
料理の写真を撮ろうと思いましたがメニュー置きに「撮影禁止」のシールがありましたので写真はありません。

武蔵野うどんの人気店。太くてもぎもぎした食感のうどんはアゴが疲れます、それこそが武蔵野うどんの醍醐味ですね。
そしてこのつけ汁、柚子のさわやかな香りと唐辛子のパンチがマッチして本当に美味しいです。

但し、昼時で肉汁うどんで30分も待たされてしまうのは…。一般的には10分弱で配膳される筈ですが…。今回だけかな、ちょっと時間掛かり過ぎの観点から2点。
