p	przc _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮にて活イカを楽しめる烏賊と鮨のダイニング葱次郎さんから歩いている時にこちらのお店に気づきました。昨年は違うスペインバルでしたが、鮮魚の旗が揺らめいており調べてみるとなかなか良さそう。そんなに高くなさそうだし。と思い訪問、しかしどうも見ていたのは大宮駅の逆側東口にある本店のページでこちらは新しくできた支店のようでした。訪問したからにはと恐る恐るイカの値段を訪ねてみると年間10回ほどしか入らないアオリイカが入っていますとの事でヤリイカは無いそうでした。お値段は後の予約のお客様が半分食べられるようなので半分で4,000円。まぁ、安くはないけれどというところで注文。炙りしめ鯖、フルーツトマト、新玉ねぎのサラダ突き出しからあん肝などどれも美味しく、お値段だけの事はあります。イカは先にゲソとワタを和えたものが出てきてからの刺身でした。歯ごたえ良く噛めば噛むほど味は出て美味しいです。個人的に美味しかったのはコハダのお寿司。シャリに赤酢が使われており、〆加減もちょうどよく美味しかったです。次は是非寿司メインで来てみたいなと思いました。お値段は日本酒を結構飲んだためそれなりですがある程度の種類の地酒がグラス500円なので決して高くはないです。 Dining of salmon and salmon with live squid at Omiya I noticed this shop while walking from Mr. Tojiro.
