★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下の階にはモンベルのストアがあるのでモンベル製品が目的なら見比べてから購入を決めた方が良いです。ヨドバシのポイントを使っているなら石井ですが、モンベル製品はポイント率低いです。
 There is a Montbell store on the lower floor, so if you are looking for Montbell products, you should compare them before deciding to purchase. If you are using Yodobashi points, it is Ishii, but Montbell products have a low point rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客も少なく、sale中なのに種類も少なく、スタッフも少なく、以前の石井スポーツとは全く、活気のないヨドバシカメラでした。
There were few customers, there were few types even though it was on sale, there were few staff, and it was a Yodobashi camera that was completely dead from the previous Ishii Sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブーツの試着をサイズ違いで二足お願いしたら、こちらは0.5刻みの作りがないと説明された。きちんと下調べしていて、ちゃんと0.5ずつある商品なのに…
もう買うつもりなかったけど試着、幅がちょっときついですかねと言うと、サイズあげるしかないですねーみたいな雑な言い方もされました。
いい加減な店員さんもいるので、要注意な店です。
When I asked for two pairs of boots in different sizes, it was explained that there was no way to make them in 0.5 increments. I've been researching it properly, and even though it's a product with 0.5 each ...
I didn't intend to buy it anymore, but when I tried it on and said that the width was a little tight, I had no choice but to increase the size.
There are some sloppy clerk, so be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モンベル買うなら下のフロアにあるのでそちらがおすすめ。
あと店員の質が恐ろしく微妙。ヨドバシのカードの押しつけが凄まじく感じた。ノルマがあるのかも知れないが1度断ったのに何度も繰り返してきて、最終的に断ったら釣り銭をトレーに投げつけていたのを目にした。
ほかの石井スポーツがまだ接客面で良かったのでここに来たが、もう大宮店には行かないと思う。
If you want to buy Montbell, it's on the lower floor, so that's recommended.
Also, the quality of the clerk is terrifyingly delicate. I felt the pressing of Yodobashi's card was terrible. There may be a quota, but I refused it once, but I repeated it many times, and when I finally refused, I saw that I was throwing change at the tray.
I came here because other Ishii sports were still good in terms of customer service, but I don't think I'll go to the Omiya store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的な山屋さんじゃないけど、街中でも使えるものからある程度の登山に必要なものは大体揃っています。楽しいお店です。アークのマンティスもミレーのアミアミも目立つところに展示されていてトレンドをよく把握されている感じです。店員さんがとてもフレンドリーで気軽に入りたくなるお店です。下のフロアーにモンベルが入っていて、相乗的にどちらもチェックしたくなります。私的には、ヨドバシのポイントを貯めたり使ったりできるのでとても便利です。
It's not a full-fledged mountaineering shop, but it has everything from things that can be used in the city to some that are necessary for mountaineering. It's a fun shop. Both Mantis of Ark and Amiami of Millet are exhibited in a prominent place, and it seems that the trend is well grasped. The shop staff is very friendly and you will want to enter easily. There is a montbell on the lower floor, and you will want to check both synergistically. Personally, it is very convenient because I can accumulate and use Yodobashi points.
