ま	まさとし旅に出る on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初詣の後食べにゆく　入口からして賑やかだった新庄ビックボスの名を見て入店を決める　店内かなりの繁盛ぶり　麺はかなりのごんぶと　柔らかくもありコシがある　盛り付けも綺麗で美味しかった　長野の善光寺前にある七味屋のこだわり七味が卓上にあった　迷わず振りかける　辛くてむせた　会計の岩本さんは感じが良かった！　駅前なのでまた食べに行く！ After the first visit, I went to eat. i	inc HARU's on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたまオープン初日だったらしく、入口には芸能人の名前で花がたくさんありました。オモロー山下さんのうどん屋が、今チェーン店になってるらしいです。プロデュースが山下さんで、運営会社は家系ラーメンの壱角家チェーンを運営してる会社みたいです。 780円→550円で、とり天うどんを注文。汁は鰹だし強め&昆布汁でクリアなすんだ出汁は飲んだ次の日には癒されます。塩味は控えめでも絶妙で、とてもおいしい✨ ただ、うどんはめっちゃ普通(笑)。とり天は揚げたてではなく、作りおき再加熱だったものの、オープン初日で回転がいいのか、中もアツアツを食べれました。七味が長野の善光寺のをゆずメイン唐辛子少なめの黄色い七味で、辛味はあるのにマスタードイエローのキレイな色。七味だけ欲しいと思いました。安いうどんチェーンが多い中、780円でも人が集まるのか今後に疑問はありますが、550円なら満足かなといったところ。 It happened to be the first day of the opening, and there were many flowers in the name of the entertainer at the entrance. N	Nかぶき丸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老天うどん頼んでみました。スープは出汁がよく効いてました。うどんはもちもちとした柔らかめなうどんです。コシの強さは少なめで箸で掴むと切れる感じ。量としては女性なら普通で大丈夫だけど男性なら大盛りにした方が良さそう。あと、すこしだけ気になったのは衛生面かな。壁側のカウンター席だったのですが、壁にうどんの汁めっちゃ飛んでました(^^;) せっかくオープンしたてで綺麗なお店なので次の客を座らせる前にテーブル拭くだけじゃなく壁も拭いた方がいいと思う。 I ordered Ebiten Udon. 白	白虎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちくわ天うどんと玉子かけご飯を注文しました。味は好みでした。結構やわらかめのうどんで、丸亀製麺のような硬い麺が好きな方には違和感があるかもしれません。私は柔らかいうどんも好きなので私的にはアリです。お出汁も好みでした。また、玉子かけご飯の卵も濃厚でとても美味しかったです。しかし、衛生面が少し気になります。おたまに、前の人の料理の汚れが付いていた点、床やトイレ等に気を付けていただけるといいと思います。開店したばかりなのでスタッフがオペレーションに慣れていないことが原因でしょうか？店舗前に花を出してくれている芸能人さんの顔に泥を塗らないような運営を心がけていただきたいですね。今後に期待と言うことで★★★☆☆ I ordered chikuwa heaven udon and rice with egg.
