M	Masatoku Kamigawara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うどん屋さんなのに、結局この日うどんまでたどり着かなかった(笑)。寒い日だったので、鍋だねということでもつ鍋を置いているそうなので訪問。鍋は結局牛もつと野菜をおかわりしてしまい(笑)、お腹がいっぱいでシメのうどんまでたどりつかず。鍋の前にも、つまみで、ぴっぴといううどんを揚げたやつに味付けしたおつまみのカレー味を注文（味はいくつかあり、選べます）。これがなかなか無くならず、結構お腹にたまる(笑)。玉ねぎスライスも食べたけど、とにかく夜はもつ鍋を食べればいいと思う(笑)。飲み物もバイスとかレモンサワーも酸っぱさが調節できたり、やかん酒もあったりとなかなかがんばってる。中山道のちょっと入ったあたりと、駅からはちょっと遠いけど、大宮西口にもいい店見つけた感じです。次回はうどん、リベンジしないと(笑)。 Even though it was a udon shop, I didn't get to udon that day (laughs). k	k m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 噛みごたえのある武蔵野うどん開店直後にランチで訪問しました。肉汁、ナス汁、肉ナス汁と武蔵野うどんの定番と季節のうどんがありました。あとは天ぷらが数種類券売機で食券を購入するシステムです今回は肉汁うどんとかき揚げを頼みました。うどんは無料で大盛りが選べますが、ボリュームがかなり多いという事前情報から並にしました。開店直後だからか茹でおきはしていない様子で10分ほどしてから呼ばれました。つけ汁は具沢山で、豚肉とネギと油揚げがたっぷり。麺は並盛で十分な量がありアルデンテ気味の歯ごたえのある茹で加減です。ちょっと硬いかなと思いましたがつけ汁につけるとちょうどよい硬さになりました。味は良い意味で普通に美味しく食べ飽きず食が進みます。食後にまた食べたくなるようなそんなお店です。あとは卓上が七味ではなく一味なのもポイントで、麺を邪魔することなく味を引き締めてくれます。個人的にはジャンル違いですがどでん大宮店に並べないときの選択肢としてこちらでガッツリというのもありだなと思いました。 Chewy Musashino udon I visited for lunch immediately after the store opened.
