け	けいさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きました。11時30分開店です。たくさんのうどんメニューがありましたが、今日はランチセットの「豚葱丼セット」８５０円にうどんを釜玉うどんに変更して９５０円。とても美味しかった。うどんの腰は程よい強さ。だし醤油も美味しかった。小丼の豚葱丼は、あっさりとしながらピリッとしていて良かったです。麺の量も変えられましたが３００グラムでちょうど良く満腹です。ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m 次はもっと激しいうどんに挑戦してみようかな。 I went there for the first time. 青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年12月25日(土)に縁尽(えんじん)を訪れました。入口で検温とアルコール消毒をしました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席があります。一席ごとにアクリル板で仕切りがされていました。客層は老若男女幅広いです。店内ではJAZZが流れていました。お店の人のにこやかでテキパキとした接客も良いです。口頭でも注文できるが、各席の伝票のQRコードを読み取ってスマートフォンから注文することもできます。各席には天かすも置かれています。カウンター席に着き、冷たい麦茶はセルフサービスです。辛みそキムチ肉ぶっかけうどんを食しました。税込930円でした。無料で中盛り(450g)にして生卵もつけました。熱盛りと釜揚げから選ぶことができるので熱盛りにしました。具材は豚肉、キムチ、ネギ、生姜、糸唐辛子、辛みそなどです。豚肉は脂身がつき甘辛く味つけされていて旨味がたっぷりです。キムチは酸味とともにピリッと辛いです。ネギは清涼感があり、生姜は辛さとともに体がぽかぽかと温まります。汁は甘めでうどんは表面が大変に滑らかでモチモチとした食感です。生卵のねっとりとした食感も良いです。美味しかったです。 I visited Enjin on Saturday, December 25, 2021.
