★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ギフト」と「シンプル」をいただきました。どちらもあっさりとした醤油ラーメンだけど、しっかり出汁が効いてて旨味たっぷりの最高のラーメンでした。個人的にはあさりとトビウオ出汁のギフトの方が好きかな。上に乗ってるコッテリめの大きな焼豚とあっさりしたスープのコントラストが絶妙にマッチしてます。
 I received "gift" and "simple". Both are light soy sauce ramen, but the soup stock worked well and it was the best ramen with plenty of umami. Personally, I prefer the gift of Asari and flying fish soup stock. The contrast between the large roast pork on the top and the light soup is a perfect match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今風のお洒落な店なので、なかなか入る勇気がなかったが、やっと入店しました…というより、醤油系の店は不味いと旨いが、ハッキリ分かれるので、入るのが怖かったからです。でもこの店のしるしと言うラーメンは、今まで食べた醤油系では最高ランクです！自分の中ではですがね。真っ黒なスープは某チェーンのスープのコクや旨味は超えてます！スープだけならこの店！でもチャーシュー、野菜多めは…〇〇菜館かなぁ。
It's a modern and fashionable shop, so I didn't have the courage to enter it, but I finally entered the shop ... Rather, the soy sauce-based shop is delicious, but it's clearly divided, so I was afraid to enter. However, the ramen that is called the sign of this shop is the highest rank in the soy sauce type that I have ever eaten! It's within me. The black soup exceeds the richness and umami of a certain chain of soup! This shop is for soup only! But char siu and a lot of vegetables ... I wonder if it's 〇〇saikan.
