★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しかったです。こういうのを佐野ラーメンというのでしょうか。いわゆる青竹手打ち麺というのですかね。たまたま近くに来たので近所で美味しい佐野ラーメンのお店はないかなと調べたらお店の名前が出てきたので入ってみたという感じ。
店内は著名人のサイン色紙がたくさん。
テーブル席も座敷も十分あり、結構広い店内。個人的にお座敷で食事するのが苦手なのでテーブル席にしました。
雰囲気は老舗という感じ。
駐車場も結構広かったです。
 It was very delicious. Is this kind of thing called Sano ramen? Is it so-called green bamboo handmade noodles? I happened to be near, so I searched for a delicious Sano ramen shop in my neighborhood, and the name of the shop came up, so I felt like I went in.
There are many autographed colored papers of celebrities in the store.
There are plenty of table seats and tatami mats, and the interior is quite large. Personally, I'm not good at eating in the tatami room, so I chose a table seat.
The atmosphere is like a long-established store.
The parking lot was also quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15時過ぎの訪問でも笑顔で「いらっしゃいませ」が気持ちいい、ラーメン大盛と餃子を注文。麺は佐野青竹手打ち縮れ、スープも透き通ってて酷のある醤油、何度も口に運んでも飽きない！チャーシューも大きくて柔らかで口の中で溶けていまう！さすが老舗の伝統か？
餃子は、一粒が大きくとてもジューシー、野菜とひき肉が丁度いい、もう一皿行けたなぁ(笑)また、行きた１軒です。
Even when I visited after 15:00, I smiled and felt "Welcome", so I ordered a large serving of ramen and dumplings. The noodles are hand-crimped by Sano Aotake, the soup is clear and harsh soy sauce, and you won't get tired of it even if you bring it to your mouth many times! The char siu is also big and soft and melts in your mouth! Is it a long-established tradition?
The dumplings are big and very juicy, the vegetables and minced meat are just right, and I could go to another plate (laughs).

今回は山銀さんにお邪魔しました?
ザ佐野ラーメンという感じで、手打ちの細平ちぢれ麺のもちもち感と、黄身がトロット煮玉子が特徴です?
玉子ラーメンとメンマラーメンを頂きましたが、スッキリスープと細平ちぢれ麺がよくマッチしていて、思わずスープを飲み干してしまいました?
ごちそうさまでした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通に美味しい佐野ラーメン。だけど全体的に麺が柔らかめ、あまり好みではなかった⤵️餃子は羽付きで、餃子自体に味がありそのまま食べても美味しい。駐車場も広く他店に比べて行列も少ないかな！
Ordinarily delicious Sano ramen. However, the noodles are soft overall, and I didn't like it very much. ⤵️ Gyoza has wings, and the gyoza itself has a taste and is delicious to eat as it is. The parking lot is wide and there are few lines compared to other stores!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの麺は昔ながらのやわらかめ麺。昔から佐野ラーメンというと、こんな感じらしいです。
好みが別れると聞いておりましたが、私は心から大好きです。
柔らかいけどもちもちの麺で、不均一な太さで食感の違いも生まれ本当に楽しい麺です。スープとの相性も最高です。
These noodles are traditional soft noodles. Sano ramen has always been like this.
I've heard that my tastes are different, but I really love it.
The noodles are soft but chewy, and the uneven thickness makes the noodles different in texture, making them really fun. It goes great with soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相変わらず美味しかった。11時開店で、ほぼ満席。日曜日だからか、開店待ちの方々多数あり。羽根付き餃子は大きくて食べごたえあり。何も付けずに食べてもイケる！下味しっかり付いてる。煮卵も、けっこう味がしっかりしてるかな。黄身はとろーり。
It was delicious as usual. The store opens at 11 o'clock and is almost full. Maybe because it's Sunday, there are many people waiting for the store to open. The dumplings with wings are big and delicious. It's cool to eat without adding anything! It has a good taste. I wonder if the boiled eggs have a good taste. The yolk is thick.
