Iori - Sano

I hesitated at the storefront, which had a feeling of blockage, but when I entered, the ceiling was high and spacious. Infection control was solid. I ordered Japanese Niboshi Ramen and Uma Shio Ramen. Japanese niboshi ramen has a modest sardine feel and less umami, so I want more soy sauce. The char siu was delicious but cold. Umami salt ramen has a good taste of onion flavor oil, but I felt it was the same as Niboshi and had less taste. I wish it was thin noodles. In both cases, the noodles are chewy and delicious, but the taste is not so good.

Since I went on a holiday, several groups were lined up even after lunch time. Most of them are families, and I got the impression that the store is beautiful. It was my first Sano ramen, but it was light and delicious until the end. The dumplings I ordered together were not particularly delicious and were normal.

Visited at noon on Tuesday. I think there are about 20 seats in total, but it takes less than 10 minutes to sit in the chairs in order at the full table. It is a small and retro shop. I ordered the standard soy sauce ramen and the standard char siu bowl and set it in about 10 minutes. When I got a bit of soup, the expression "delicious ❗" came out obediently. It's an assari, but it tastes good. However, the impression is that it is slightly defeated by the handmade noodles peculiar to Sano ramen. However, the roasted char siu bowl is even more delicious ❗ Perhaps the char siu alone is delicious, but is it a burner? The fragrance of char siu is doubled by adding the time and effort of roasting it! ️ Insanely delicious ❗ Next time I want to eat a large serving of salt ramen and roasted char siu bowl ❗ It was a shop that I wanted to repeat after a long time.

I came to the store for the first time. When I was looking for a delicious salt ramen shop, this shop was a hit, so I wanted to eat it first, so I went with my family. The place is a straight line at the parking lot entrance intersection of Sano AEON MALL. It's an easy-to-understand place. You can park up to 7 cars in the parking lot. It was a little crowded when I came to the store, so I was waiting in the chair outside. After a while, I moved to a chair in the store and waited. Since the number of seats is small, it seems unavoidable to wait, but the ceiling is very high and it is a little Ghibli type. It was a toilet with a door in front of the tree and there was a totoro, and the atmosphere was good. There are quite a lot of types of ramen, but I ordered salt ramen. I also ordered dumplings and almond tofu. As for salt ramen, the salt is sweet salt, the noodles are curly noodles from Sano ramen, and the char siu is one. The salty taste is very gentle at first and is reasonably good. The noodles are Sano ramen, so it was good without any complaints. The char siu is also torotoro, and it can be unraveled as soon as you enter the bridge. It melts even if you put it in your mouth. It's a little disappointing that when the noodles run out, the saltiness doesn't feel anymore. Although it is dumplings, it has a very meaty aroma and taste. I felt it smelled like pork or pork bone ramen. I think almond tofu is handmade, but it's normal. Until now, there was a really delicious almond tofu at a ramen shop, but since the shop was closed, I couldn't eat it, so I would compare it. It was a ramen shop that I wanted to use again because I was thinking about it and the taste and atmosphere were good.

There are 5 or 6 parking lots beside the store. There are 3 small seats, 3 tables, and a long desk like a counter with 5 or 6 seats. The interior is narrow but stylish. Corona measures seemed to be quite careful. Put all the soy sauce ramen on it. delicious. Soup that you still want to drink even after drinking it. The take-out rice and char siu were abundant and looked delicious. The shop you want to visit when you go to Sano again.
