★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車を買う際に約束した事を、契約してから態度が変わり、やれませんと言われてやってもらえなかった。故障の時の対応も悪く、ここで中古車買うのは絶対にオススメしません。

（t ashikaさんと同じです）私の場合だいぶ昔の話なんですがね。
変わって無いようで残念です。
特に酷いのは車検切れの車だった為、車検を通してから納車してもらったら契約時明らかになかった目立つへこみ・キズがリアについており（同伴者も確認しています）、営業に話しても「現状渡しですから」の一点張り。契約時の現状を下回ってるだろ！
その後保証期間の対応は、サービスの方が家まで来てくれたり素晴らしかったんですがね…☆+1
キズの件が有り得な過ぎて、その後の車購入は東京オートさんは選択肢に入れていません。
そういった対応は当然長い目で見ると損しますし、改善願います。
