e	eri T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ち麺がモチモチでとても美味しい！スープはあっさり醤油味。なので、あっという間に食べれちゃう。限定で塩味もありますが、やはり定番の醤油味が私は好きかな… 近くに佐野アウトレットもあるので、佐野へ行くとどちらも行ってしまう！ The handmade noodles are very moist and very delicious! A	Asao “Mab” Hoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＊佐野ラーメン＊知りませんでした！今までお土産と、東北自動車道の「佐野サービスエリア」でしか、食べた事がなかったので、これほどしっかり“手打ちラーメン”だったとは知りませんでした(笑) 佐野の「お大師様」の参拝の途中に立ち寄りました。国道50号線から県道に入り、5～6分くらいでしょうか。大きな看板が目に入りました。駐車場は15台ほどのスペースが有りますね。店構えも店内も、まだ開店してからそれほど経っていないのでしょうか、清潔感がありむしろいわゆる“中華屋さん・ラーメン屋さん”とは違う、小洒落た感じですね！　テーブル席にお座敷席があって、勿論お一人からグループまで利用出来ます。メニューは当然、佐野ラーメン！セットメニューにサイドメニュー、トッピングも揃っていますね。やはり“麺”でしょうか、手打ち中太ちぢれ麺、鶏ガラ風しょうゆ味！？これが“佐野ラーメン”の本来の基本なのでしょうね。　旨かったです！ (道行き何軒か看板を見ましたが…知りませんでした！120軒もあるんですね、佐野ラーメン屋さん?) * Sano ramen * I didn't know! 営	営業中 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちラーメン、餃子、まかないチャーシュー丼を注文。何故かまず餃子（4個）から提供され、その5分後位してラーメン着丼、その後すぐにまかないチャーシュー丼の順で提供されました。餃子は作り置きなの？という疑問はさておき、餃子は羽パリ、具の味付けも肉肉しくて美味しかったです。ラーメンのスープは優しい味とかってレベルを超えただいふ味薄めのスープでした。麺はビロビロの手打ちってな感じで好きな食感でしたが麺がほつれてなくて麺の塊が所々混じっていたのが残念です。チャーシュー丼のチャーシューは脂身がなくパッサパサの端切れ肉、ご飯にタレもほとんどかかってないので味がしません、こちらはラーメンのスープで流し込みながら食べました。開店から1年以上経つようですが、オペレーションがうまくいってないのか従業員さんが無駄に忙しくテンパってる感じで調理、接客とも雑な印象。 We ordered hand-made ramen, gyoza, and maimai char siu rice bowl.
