料亭旅館「水明荘」（閉店）で松江郷土料理研究会の」板垣さんの元で和食修行したご主人と、接客係だった奥さまで７年前に開業。現地に移転してからは、ますます予約の取れないお店に。
お造りの写真からです（つきだしに、八寸で三種盛りがありました）。
I finally heard about Takao, a Japanese restaurant with no reservations!
It opened 7 years ago to the master who practiced Japanese cuisine under Mr. Itagaki, a member of the Matsue Local Cuisine Study Group at the Ryutei Ryokan “Suimeiso” (closed), and Okusa who was a customer service clerk. After relocating to the local area, it became more and more difficult to make reservations.
