バーのようなカウンターにテーブル席、奥には和室に3席あり、静かに食べれます。
たまたま行った店でしたが、大変美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼にシジミ丼いただきました。シジミ丼は優しい味のどんぶりで途中でとろろを投入して味をかえていただきます。シジミ汁は二日酔いに効きそうな美味しいお椀です。
We had Shijimi bowl at noon on weekdays. Shijimi-don has a gentle taste of donburi. Shijimi juice is a delicious bowl that seems to be effective for a hangover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒しじみだから？1520円の方と相方が特別仕立てしじみ丼。胡麻の風味に負けてる、胡麻は少な目にすべき、お汁はしじみの量に対して薄味(だしが)。客は県外の方ばかり？他の人はべた褒めだから参考にはしないでほしい。とろろ芋は合う、少ないけど・・・。次は地元民のお薦め店に行ってみたい。

しじみ汁も出汁がよく出ていて甘ささえ感じます。本当に感動。
14時前のこともあり、お座敷は私たちのみで静かに頂けました。ガラス越しの中庭が足元から見えます。
松江に来て良かったなと思えるお店でした。ご馳走様でした！
The clam bowl was the best with sesame and clams and a gentle soup stock. It tastes clear ...!
The freshwater clam soup stock is also very good and you can even feel the sweetness. I'm really impressed.
Since it was before 14:00, we were the only ones who were able to quietly enjoy the tatami room. You can see the courtyard through the glass from your feet.
It was a shop that made me happy to come to Matsue. It was a treat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジャズが流れていい雰囲気だ。しじみ丼が名物の店とは思えない。では、これからいただきます。そして、いただきました感想は、なかなか美味しかった。しじみがメインの料理は初めてだったので新鮮な気分で味わえた。
It's a nice atmosphere with jazz. I don't think Shijimi-don is a specialty store. Then, I will have it from now on. And the impression I received was quite delicious. It was my first time to cook a clam-based dish, so I could enjoy it with a fresh feeling.

宍道湖の大和シジミの特製丼1470円に期待して注文しましたが、いまいちでした。
量は少なく、炊き込みごはんと雑炊の合の子みたいな丼で期待外れでしたので星3つとしました。原価もあるでしょうが、感覚的な適性価格は、800円位までの感想でした。
I visited Shijimi in anticipation.
I ordered in the expectation of a special bowl of 1470 yen for Yamato Shijimi from Lake Shinji, but it was not good enough.
The amount was small, and it was disappointing because it was like a rice bowl of cooked rice and miscellaneous food. Although there may be a cost, the sensory aptitude price was up to 800 yen.

掲載写真よりはしじみが少なかった！
駐車場は看板がなくてわかりにくい。店の道路を挟んだ真向かいに空き地があります。縦に２台の３列は駐車できそうでした。
肝心のしじみ丼の味ですが、海鮮丼の甘めの薄いタレにゴマが少し入ってるかな？←違ってたらすみません！
しじみ自体の味は強くはないです。
汁はしじみ濃い！って感じ。
とても美人のスタッフさんが居ました。目の保養になりました。

The taste of the clam itself is not strong.
The juice is thick! I feel like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (実は昔食べた深川丼が苦手で、それ以来、貝の入ったご飯は食べられなかったのですが)
ここのしじみ丼はちょっと炊き込みご飯風にご飯に味がついていて自分にも食べやすかった、というか美味しかったです。
宍道湖名物なので、今回はこれを食べましたが、次は別のものも食べてみたいと思います。
(Actually, I'm not good at Fukagawa-meshi, which I ate a long time ago, and since then I haven't been able to eat rice with shellfish.)
The clam bowl here was a little cooked and the rice was flavored, so it was easy for me to eat, or rather it was delicious.
This is a specialty of Lake Shinji, so I ate this one this time, but next time I would like to try another one.
