★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松江に出張したときには必ず利用しています。優しい味のおでんに味噌と毎回変わる先付は手作りでめちゃおいしい。
その時の旬の魚料理も女将さんが全て手作りで出してくれます。お客さんが多く賑わっているときには提供に時間がかかるときもありますが地元のお客さんたちの方言混じりの会話など温かい雰囲気でゆっくりできます。お料理もこちらのこんなのが食べたいに応えてくれるほんとに小さなゆっくりできるお店です。
ちなみに日曜が定休日です。
I always use it when I go on a business trip to Matsue. The gentle-tasting oden and miso and the tip that changes every time are handmade and very delicious.
The landlady will also serve all the seasonal fish dishes at that time by hand. It may take some time to serve when there are many customers, but you can relax in a warm atmosphere such as conversations with local dialects. This is a really small and relaxing restaurant that responds to what you want to eat.
By the way, Sunday is a regular holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方で混み合っているお店。おでんが人気の小料理屋さんです。松江はおでんが有名なので一軒くらいは行きたいな、と歩いていたら看板におでんの文字が。禁煙ではありません。おでん盛とお酒を少々。お品書きに値段はありませんが、おでんとお通しだけなので、それ程高くはないだろうと思っていたが、最終的にそれなりのお値段。地元の方と、少し価格設定が違うのかもしれません。
A shop crowded with local people. Oden is a popular small restaurant. Matsue is famous for oden, so if you want to go there, you can see the oden character on the signboard. It is not smoking. A little oden and sake. There is no price for writing, but I thought it wouldn't be so expensive because it was just oden, but the price was reasonable. The price setting may be a little different from the local people.

席数はカウンター6席に小上がりに6人、5人のテーブル。
小さいですが綺麗な佇まい。
コロナ禍もあり、二年ぶりに訪問。
松江のイチオシのお店です。
ここに来たら、おでんは必ず食べてほしい！！
相変わらず、おいしい～！！
隠岐産のアゴだしと、醤油はあまり使わないのか
淡く白いとも言えます。
出汁の持ち味が活きて、優しくて味わい深い。
