日本和牛一定有聽過松阪牛、神戶牛、近江牛、佐賀牛等,今次到山陰地區,要趁這機會試一試「島根和牛」。島根牛在日本不算知名,但其實在江戶時代,島根就以優良和牛產地聞名日本。「松江 巴庵」是一間很古老的餐廳,感覺進入了江户年代一樣,因為這房子就是登記有名的文化財產。我們用餐的地方是包箱房間,由店員代為烹煮,可以放心的享用高級的壽喜燒。這樣奢華的壽喜燒,一定要來日本吃。從牛肉的油花分布就可以看出來是不錯的和牛,用壽喜燒方式來品嚐,確實是最佳選擇。用來沾壽喜燒的生雞蛋,打出來以後可以看到雞蛋跟蛋白好新鮮的感覺,拿來沾島根牛肉,口感柔嫩細緻,美極。蔬菜火鍋,店員很有心機排列擺放,配合壽喜燒醬汁,有滿足感覺。

お一人様もお気軽にとの事だったので、真に受けてお一人様で行きました。なにせ、一人旅だったので…? 趣の有るこじんまりした個室で、すき焼きのコースをいただいたのですが、寛げました✨ 人目を気にしなくていい! のんびり好きなように美味しいものを食べられる幸せ? 島根牛、美味しかったです。 普通のすき焼き用より少しだけ厚めのカットのように感じました。(個人感想)噛むと…ふわジュワな感じがいい! 最初お出汁が多かったのか薄味でしたが、徐々に濃くなる感じも悪くないです。 すき焼きはせっかくなので、お店の方に作って頂きました。 感じのいいお嬢さんでした。 お料理を運んで来てくれる男性の店員さんも爽やかで感じのいいお兄さんで、老舗風の店構えのイメージを裏切らない感じが良かったです。 最後にお会計を済ませて出るとき振り向いたら、旅館のように三つ指でお見送りして頂きました。 なんか…感激しました。

元遊郭を利用した飲食店。大阪の鯛よし百番と比べると、建物はしっかり管理されていて、掃除も行き届いています。一方で生々しさと豪奢さには欠けているため、建築を楽しみにしている人にはやや物足りないかもしれません。 今回は島根和牛の特選すき焼きを注文しましたが、牛肉はかなりの薄切りで、なおかつ折り畳まれているため、上手に火を通すのは至難の業でした。箱に入っているビジュアルも食べ放題チェーンのようで興醒め。味は悪くないものの、旅行中の食事としては残念な印象となりました。 居酒屋の予算で楽しめるコースもあるため、建物に興味がある方はこちらで十分かと思います。

松江は地元ですが、いまは関東に住んでいます。今回、クチコミやネットの情報に頼らず、自分の足と直感でお店を決める!というコンセプトの元、橋北の京店、東本町を歩き、ピンとくるお店がなかったので、橋を渡り伊勢宮周辺を探索しました。 伊勢宮は何度か来ていますが、このお店を見た瞬間、明らかに周りの建物とは異なることから気になって入ってみました。一人で入るようなお店の雰囲気ではなかったですが、結論としては一人でも大丈夫でした。 元々、この建物は昭和初期に作られた旅館だったようで、国の有形文化財となってました。 お店に入ると席の準備で少し待ちましたが、通されたのは2階に上がったすぐの個室(楽山)に案内されました。 一人飲みでしたが、個室とは贅沢でしたね。 メニューを見ると島根和牛を中心としたコース料理がメインとなっていましたが、一人なので、コース料金ではなく、アラカルトで注文しました。 料理は島根和牛の鉄板焼き、大山鶏の西京焼き、だし巻き卵、赤点、〆に海鮮ユッケ丼を注文しました。料理はどれも美味しかったのですが、最後に注文した海鮮ユッケ丼は、四種類ぐらいの白身魚の刺身に卵黄を絡めて食べる感じなのですが、白身魚はそれぞれ淡白な味でしたが、卵黄が加わることによって美味しさが倍化してました。 これにビール二杯飲んで、会計は6,200円でした。 松江で飲むにしては倍ぐらいの料金がかかりましたが、料理のレベルと、文化財の個室で飲むことができることを考えると、これはこれてアリだと思いました。 どうやら料理人の方が博多で修行されていたとのことで、もつ鍋など、博多に由来するような料金もありました。

Originally, this building seems to have been an inn built in the early Showa period, and has become a national tangible cultural property. When I entered the shop, I waited for a while to prepare my seat, but I was guided to the private room (Rakusan) just upstairs. I drank alone, but the private room was a luxury. Looking at the menu, the main course meal was Shimane Japanese beef, but since I was alone, I ordered a la carte instead of the course price. For the dishes, I ordered Shimane Wagyu beef teppanyaki, Oyama chicken Saikyo fried, Dashimaki tamago, red dot, and seafood yukhoe bowl. All the dishes were delicious, but the seafood yukhoe bowl I ordered last was like eating sashimi of about four kinds of white fish with egg yolk, but each white fish had a light taste, but the egg yolk By adding it, the deliciousness was doubled. I drank two glasses of beer and the bill was 6,200 yen. It cost about twice as much to drink in Matsue, but considering the level of cooking and the fact that you can drink in a private room of cultural properties, I thought this was an ant. Apparently, the cook was trained in Hakata, and there were also charges such as motsunabe that originated in Hakata.

Excellent place for nabe food, I tried sukiyaki. I did really like this place, all rooms are private. Perfect place to eat sukiyaki, they use good quality beef from Oki Islands. A bit expensive but the quality of the food was so great.
