老舗感が強く、観光客の方々は入り辛さを感じるかも知れないが、是非訪問して欲しい。
比較的リーズナブルな価格でとてもハイクオリティな京寿司を楽しめる。
今回は京寿司のみの注文であったが、是非再訪して他のメニューも楽しみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京寿司のセットをいただきました。ネタはもちろん、寿司飯が程よい炊き具合、酸味甘味のバランスが絶妙で今まで味わったことがない美味しさに感動でした。またいつか蒸し寿司を食べに行きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんのくちこみを読んで、お店を訪ねました。伏見稲荷から一本道を歩き、お腹を空かしての訪問です。
お店は18時までとのことですので、
はやめの夕ご飯です。
東福寺の特別夜間拝観の前におじゃしましました。
京寿司の盛り合わせいただきました。
丁寧に並べられた美しい押寿司は絶品でした。
少し心配だった分厚い鯖も美味しくて最高でした。
店内は昭和レトロですが、お寿司は伝統を守っていらっしゃると思われます。
京都を旅行したとき、また訪問したいお店です。

The interior of the restaurant is Showa retro, but sushi seems to keep the tradition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東福寺お参りの帰りに鯖寿司をテイクアウトしました。その場で作っていただき持って帰り次の日の朝食にしました。上の昆布は薄くて食べやすく酸っぱいのがあまりお好きではないかたには美味しいと思います。私は酸っぱさが勝つような鯖寿司はにがてなので美味しくいただきました。いづうで修行なさったそうですがいづうより美味しく感じました。
