★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日に2人でランチ訪問し、海鮮丼と定食（煮魚）を注文しました。料理の美味しさ、値段に大満足でした。ほかの方も口コミでも書いておられるように大将と女将さんの人柄の良さもあり、ぜひまた訪問させていただきたいと思います！
 We visited lunch together on a holiday and ordered a seafood bowl and a set meal (boiled fish). I was very satisfied with the deliciousness and price of the food. As other people have written in the word of mouth, the personalities of the general and the landlady are also good, so I would definitely like to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Amazing. I am not often surprised by food, but this was exceptional. There was more fish on the nigiri than rice. Variety of the fish might be a bit limited (10-15 different types), but they were all very fresh and amazing. We had 2 boards of nigiri (16 pieces), tempura, sake and beer which cost less than 5000 Yen. Nothing fancy, artificial or westernized. Owners are such a lovely couple who represents all the best things about japanese hospitality and culture. They can only speak vert little english, but we somehow managed to communicate. We visited the place with our 9 month old baby. The owners were very kind and attentive and played with her when she kept waving at them. They prepared apples for her and also gave her a small present. It was a great local experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bit of a gamble of where to eat whilst we were in the area. It's about a ten minute walk from the station, and there are other places closer to the station... but I bet they aren't as good!
We loved it here. The couple who run it are probably older than your grandparents! And how apt that they treated us like family!
If we have the chance to go back to Japan, then we will certainly go back to とう和.
I had a tempura dish, and my wife had a fish or seafood thingy. Whatever it was: she loved it.
Treat yourselves and go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely couple here cooking for us. Quiet and nice place with lots of amazing details. Price is reasonable and they open till late. High quality food and a feel of traditional homemade food. Not salty and we dont feel thirsty afterwards as in other restaurants.
