ここの｢都そば｣さんは、立ち食いそばの形式ですが、イスに座って食べれます。丼とそばのセットも3～4種類あります。単品でおにぎりやきつね寿司などもあります。うどんは京うどんというより、関東風?!の立ち食いうどん･そばという感じです。夏期は、ざるそばや冷麺もあります。水はセルフサービスです。ガレージはありません。
I visited again in November 2020. This time, I ordered "Ginger Ten no Soba" for ¥ 410 and "Inari-san" for ¥ 250. I will add more photos.

"Miyako Soba" here is in the form of standing eating soba, but you can sit on a chair and eat it. There are also 3-4 types of rice bowl and soba sets. There are also rice balls and fox sushi as single items. Udon is more like Kanto-style udon noodles and soba noodles than Kyoto udon noodles. In summer, there are also zaru soba and cold noodles. Water is self-service. There is no garage.

「熊本ラーメン」
なんてメニューを張り紙でPRしてはって、ずっと気になってましたA(^^;
たまたま、今日伺う機会があったので、例の「熊本ラーメン」を注文しました。
薄々ボリューム的に不安に感じたものもあったんで、追加で鶏飯のおにぎりも。
立ち食いの店なんで、鶏飯おにぎりは店頭で、ラーメンは出来上がりを待っていただきますが・・・
おお、なかなか良くできてますやん！
これまで、九州の豚骨系ラーメンと称して散々騙されてきた(?!)おいらですが、意外やメッチャ忠実な九州本来の豚骨スープです。
しかも、変なとろみなどなく。スッキリいただける九州の味。
まー、市販のスープの素使ってはるんかもしれませんが、まさか京都で熊本ラーメンの、そこそこうまいスープをいただけるとは思いませんでした。
評価は、あくまで額面通りの「熊本ラーメン」としての評価です(v.v)

I happened to have a chance to visit today, so I ordered the example "Kumamoto ramen".
I felt a little uneasy about the volume, so I also added rice balls with chicken rice.
Because it's a stand-up restaurant, you'll have to wait for the chicken rice balls to be ready at the store and the ramen to be ready ...
Oh, it's pretty good!
Until now, I've been fooled by the name of Kyushu's tonkotsu ramen (?!), But it's surprisingly faithful to Kyushu's tonkotsu soup.
Moreover, there is no strange thickening. A refreshing taste of Kyushu.
Well, I may be using a commercially available soup base, but I never thought that I could get a decent soup of Kumamoto ramen in Kyoto.
The evaluation is just the evaluation as "Kumamoto ramen" at face value (v.v)

野菜かき揚げそば+イカ天で540円でした。
美味しくいただけました。
強いて言うなとお冷がなかった。
I don't know the market price of soba, but I felt it was cheap because it was around 400 yen for normal.
It was 540 yen for vegetable kakiage soba + squid heaven.
It was delicious.
I didn't get cold when I told him not to force him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my best food memories from my trip to Japan. It's a very simple, homely restaurant with cheap and tasty food. I loved the soba with vegetables tempura. The lady there was very welcoming too. I'm definitely coming back next time I go to Kyoto! ご馳走様でした!
