★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location..full of ameneties . Easy to get to JR and subway ...about 10 minutes walk from hotel to each station. Convinience store just down the road . Fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Japanese hotel. Small rooms, but you get used to it in Japan. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Close to Shin-osaka station, so a good place to be if you want to travel around. Lots of food options around. And a very good price to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small Japanese hotel room (no surprise there). Very clean and tidy. Adequate toiletries, they even facewash. Friendly receptionist. It’s a 8-10 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station (take the Central Exit).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with this hotel, great value for the money. It's mainly aimed at businessmen, but it was comfortable as a couple. Keep in mind the bed and the room are small, but such is Japan, at least in this price range. There is a very nice communal bathhouse that's just great to relax after a long day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located a stones throw away from Shin-Osaka, this hotel is value for money. Great service from front desk and housekeeping, I felt very welcome here. The rooms are comfortable for one, a bit of a squeeze for 2. Would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sparkling clean, no smell, very comfortable bed even in small room. However, the staff is always asking to show them a resident's card and photocopy it, although it is not a legal requirement in Japan. I feel it as a racial discrimination against me.
