がっつり系の甘い味噌豚骨。
麺が甘塩っぱさスープを吸ってうまうま。
豚は見た目に反してかなりほろトロ。
ちゃんと肉味を感じられるぐらいの漬け加減で良き。
隣で４００円トッピングの肉塊乗っけてる人いて
次俺もやろってなった。

A solid sweet miso pork bone.
The noodles are delicious with the sweet and salty soup.
Contrary to its appearance, the pig is quite a bittersweet.
It's okay to pickle it so that you can feel the meat properly.
There is a person next to me who is riding a meat chunk with a 400 yen topping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になりつつも予定が合わず行けていなかったらーめん よし丸さんで、よし丸らーめん をいただきました。
無化調で見た目の割にはあっさりと聞いていましたが、薄味とかいうレベルでなく、お湯の味を強く感じてしまいました。絶品そうに見えるほろほろでボリューミーなチャーシューも、お湯で洗われたかのような味わいでした。（多分単品でいただけばものすごーく美味しい）
店員さんが何か入れ忘れたのか、自分の味覚が化調や濃い味に慣れすぎてしまったのか。店員さんに確認してもらうわけにもいかないし。
川越に移転されるそうで、その前に何度か行って色んなメニューを頂きたかったのですが、次回もう一度同じメニューを食べて確かめたいなと。
If I was worried but I couldn't go because the schedule didn't match, Yoshimaru-san gave me Yoshimaru Ramen.
I heard that it was a neutral taste and it was easy to see, but I strongly felt the taste of hot water, not the level of light taste. The slightly voluminous and voluminous char siu, which looks exquisite, tasted as if it had been washed with hot water. (Maybe it's really delicious if you buy it separately)
Did the clerk forget to put something in, or did his taste become too accustomed to the chemical and strong taste? I can't ask the clerk to confirm it.
It seems that he will be relocated to Kawagoe, and before that I wanted to go several times and have various menus, but next time I would like to try the same menu again and check it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to Japan, this was where I had my first meal! Their ramen was probably the most delicious thing I've ever tasted! I ate here two or three times in the two weeks I was there. I highly recommend the tonkatsu ramen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is open pretty late, and good for a post-party repast. Atmosphere is all business, you come here to eat and get out. If you need your ramen fix this is a good place to do it, but not appropriate for a social meal.
