H	Hiroki Tanaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 博多の屋台や、通りすがりの店に寄って食べるラーメン、という感じで、博多に住んでいた頃を思い出すことのできる、貴重なラーメン屋さん。郷土を思い出したいから、ラーメンを食べる。だから、某完成度の高いとんこつラーメン屋さんとかじゃなくて、こういう素朴な味のお店の方が、個人的には好み。麺は細麺で、硬さが選べる。辛子高菜もある。これは結構重要なポイント。チャーシューはシンプルながらも美味い。あとは、店員さんが博多弁を喋ってくれたら嬉しいけどな〜笑でも、愛想は良いから、全然問題ない。 A valuable ramen restaurant that reminds me of the days when I lived in Hakata, with ramen eating at Hakata stalls and shops passing by. The noodles are thin and you can choose the hardness. There is also a spicy ginger. This is a very important point. The pork is simple but delicious. After that, it would be nice if the clerk would give me a Hakata talk-haha.

C	CHIKASHI IMAKITA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FC展開されてる博多とんこつのラーメン屋さん。立地はとてもよく、東西線早稲田駅の1番出口に隣接しております。店頭のメニューはかなり豊富ですが、券売機には見当たらない品々があり混乱します。スタッフさんは奥にいるので定食は諦め、無難に半チャーメンを選択。税込¥730です。他のお客さんの注文で気付いたのですが、券売機にない定食や単品は口頭オーダーでのみ対応している様でした。入口付近はカウンター席のみで、奥は全てテーブル席です。トイレに「混雑時は2時間制」と貼り紙が掲出されていたので、居酒屋的な利用が多いのでしょう。実際に奥ではサラリーマンの方々が大いに盛り上がっておりました。麺はバリカタをお願いしたのですが、少々柔かかったので次にお邪魔する際はハリガネにします。ご馳走さまでした。 The Hakata Tonkotsu ramen shop that has FC. 野	野崎誉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店らしいのですが中国人？ぽい店主？が作っています。チェーン店だからとあまり期待していなかったのですが、いざ行ってみるととても美味しく少しの間ですが通ってました。まず注文に関して券売機に無いメニューが多く分かりにくいので、初めての人は席での注文がいいと思います。ただ自分はいつも平日の11時頃に行ってたので人がいないからこそゆっくり注文できたのもあると思います。味に関しては自分はいつも黒博多チャーシューメンとチャーハンを頼んでました。博多ラーメンらしくしっかりとした細麺で、替玉も100円くらいと安いので最高でした。ただ替玉時意外と麺の量があるのでそこは気をつけたほうがいいです。チャーシューも味がしみててとても美味しかったです。チャーハンもチェーン店とは思えないほど美味しかったのですが、多分お店でちゃんと作ってるぽいのでラーメンより少し提供に時間がかかります、でも気になるほどでは無いです。トイレもきれいな温水洗浄便座でした。自分は全く気にしないので通いましたが店主？と店員さんがよく中国語？ぽい言葉でしゃべっているので、気にする人は行かないほうがいいと思います。 It seems to be a chain store, but are you Chinese? The toilet was also a clean warm water washing toilet seat. I didn't care at all, so I went there, but is it the owner? And the clerk often speaks Chinese?
