警備員導入する前に上司の方と労働条件と確認し、8時間労働1時間休憩で納得して頂きました。
翌々日警備員本人が働き始めてすぐに1時間の休憩に不満を持ったらしく、3分割で休憩を取らせてほしいと言い出しました。立ちっぱなしで大変だろうと、警備員不在になることも仕方ないと思い了承しました。
すると、徐々に要求がエスカレート。
休憩時間とは別に飲み物を買いに行く時間、ストレッチをする時間を要求し、挙句の果てには休憩を2時間くれ、などと言い出しました。
こちらとしては契約時間分は居て頂かないと困るので断ると、「前の派遣先は許してくれた」「契約事は営業の奴が勝手に言っていること」などと逆ギレ。
社員教育もロクに出来ていない上に、教育を約束したにも関わらず全く改善されない。
会社として信用するに値しません。
依頼するか迷っている方は別の警備会社を探すのが賢明だと思います。
I used it for about 2 months, but it was the worst guard.
Before introducing the security guard, I confirmed the working conditions with my boss, and I was satisfied with the 8-hour work and 1-hour break.
The day after the next day, the guard himself seemed to be dissatisfied with the one-hour break immediately after he started working, and he said that he would like to take a break in three divisions. I understand that it is unavoidable that the guards will be absent because it will be difficult to keep standing.
Then, the request gradually escalated.
In addition to the break time, he requested time to go shopping for drinks and time to stretch, and after all, he said that he would give me a break for 2 hours.
As for this, it would be a problem if I didn't have the contract time, so I refused, saying, "The previous dispatch destination forgave me" and "The contract is what the sales person says without permission".
Employee education has not been done well, and despite the promise of education, there is no improvement.
Not worth trusting as a company.
If you're wondering whether to ask, I think it's wise to look for another security company.
