★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日でも混んでいますが、10分ほど車内で待っていたらすぐ案内されました。
しっかりとした手打ち麺とあっさりのスープで最後まで美味しくいただきました。
大盛りでもよかったかなという印象です。
それにしても白河は美味しいラーメン屋さんが多いですね。
また南湖公園に寄った際は伺ってみたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お盆休みの帰省中、雨の中初めて来店しました。11時半過ぎ、駐車場は満車で17組待ちでした。
特製ラーメンを頂きましたが、チャーシューも麺もスープもthe白河ラーメンという感じでとても美味しかったです。
13時前に「本日分は終了」になっていました。コロナ対策もしっかりしているようで、大満足の一杯でした。
I visited the store for the first time in the rain while returning home during the Obon holidays. After 11:30, the parking lot was full and waiting for 17 groups.
I had a special ramen, but the char siu, noodles, and soup were all very delicious, like the Shirakawa ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の10時45分頃にお店に到着しましたが、すでに10台弱の車がとまっていました。
お店の入口のところに名前と車のナンバーを書く紙が用意されていたので、そちらに記載し車でオープンの11時を待っていました。
一巡目で入れるかと期待していましたが、家族4人で行ったせいもあり満席で二巡目に。
30分ほどでお店に入ることができました。
私が注文したのはチャーシュー麺大盛り。
スープは「これぞ、白河ラーメン」といった鶏だしのうまみと醤油の味がしっかり感じられるものです。鶏の臭みは全然気になりません。
薄口が好みな方には、ややしょっぱく感じるスープかと思います。
麺は中太ちぢれ麺がいい具合でスープとの相性バッチリです。
チャーシューは食べごたえのある食感のしっかり残ったタイプのチャーシューです。香りがよく、とても美味しかったです。
最近は柔らかいチャーシューばかりですが、このタイプのチャーシューのほうが好きです。
お店独自のというよりは伝統的な白河ラーメンを受け継いでおり素晴らしい仕上がりでした。
醤油ラーメン以外の独自のラーメンも楽しみです。
I arrived at the shop around 10:45 on a holiday, but a little less than 10 cars had already stopped.
At the entrance of the shop, there was a paper with the name and car number on it, so I wrote it down and waited for the car to open at 11 o'clock.
I was expecting to enter in the first round, but it was full and the second round because I went with four family members.
I was able to enter the shop in about 30 minutes.
I ordered a large serving of char siu noodles.
The soup has the umami of chicken stock such as "Korezo, Shirakawa Ramen" and the taste of soy sauce. I don't mind the smell of chicken at all.
For those who like light mouth, I think it's a soup that feels a little salty.
The noodles are medium-thick, small noodles that go well with the soup.
Char siu is a type of char siu that has a firm texture and a chewy texture. It had a nice aroma and was very delicious.
These days, I only use soft char siu, but I prefer this type of char siu.
It inherited the traditional Shirakawa ramen rather than being unique to the restaurant, and it was a wonderful finish.
I am also looking forward to original ramen other than soy sauce ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシュー麺。スープ、チャーシュー、麺とすべてレベルが高い。次世代の白河ラーメンをしょって立つ店になると思う笑。移転してとてもすっきりとした店内で良い。餃子も美味でした。

待ち時間は30分程。
オープンしてから、いつも並んでいるので
気になって行ってみました！
3歳の息子と一緒の注文で、
ワンタン麺とチャーシュー丼をオーダー。
ラーメンは、ザ・白河ラーメンって感じ。
アッサリ醤油。
お嫁に来た外側の人間なので、さ白河ラーメンを語る程の者ではありませんが…
出来れば、鶏ガラの出汁をもっと効いてた方が旨みを感じて美味しい！になるかも。
醤油強めです。
チャーシューは手作り？？
硬めのチャーシューが苦手なので、ごめんなさい。
そのチャーシューを使った丼は、マヨネーズとわさびが乗ってました。
そのマヨネーズが塩っけ強くて、ほとんどマヨに味が消されてました。
マヨネーズ無くてもいいんじゃないかな〜
他の方も書いてましたが、
若い女性の接客が笑顔なし。
ぶっきらぼうな雰囲気でした。
また行く？と言われると
少し考えちゃうくらいのレベルで、
とても残念でした。。

濃い味が好きな私には物足りなかった。
ただ、待ってる間、鶏ガラの無料配布はよかった。
もったいないと思ったのは若い女性の定員さん元気がなく、注文も間違えてた。接客業は元気が一番。
