★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バランスの良いおいしいラーメンと思います。
あっさりだけど旨みがあるスープ、麺も多加水ツルツルでのど越しが良いです。チャーシューは少し固めですが燻製の香ばしさが感じられます。
あとチャーハンがめちゃくちゃおいしいです。
休日も他の有名店ほど行列にはならないのでオススメです。

白河ラーメン特有の多加水ちぢれ麺にシンプルでストレートな味噌スープ・もやしとキャベツ炒め・旨味ある肉味噌・コーン・半玉子・バターが乗っていました(肉味噌とバターで味変を楽しめます)
白河の多加水ちぢれ麺の中では細めのようです

・席数【２人テーブル席やカウンターや大人数用の席などあります】
・幼児の利用【キッズチェアがありました◎】
・料理提供時間【ほぼ待ち時間なしです◎】

・スープの系統【味噌はさっぱりシンプル】
※こってり濃厚系のスープではないです
・駐車場【店舗前に数台・離れた所に数台あり】
平日のためか待ち時間もなくスムーズに案内され、醤油系は注文できなかったものの、肉味噌ラーメンは満足のいく美味しさでした
★暑い時期だったためか冷やし中華を求めて来店するお客さんが多い印象でした(※チャーシュー完売のため注文できず味噌へ変更してました)
菊忠さんの細めの多加水ちぢれ麺なら絶品の【冷やし中華】なんだろうなと思います、次回は冷やし中華にチャレンジしてみたいですね

★ I had the impression that many customers came to the store for chilled Chinese because it was hot (* I couldn't order because the char siu was sold out, so I changed to miso).
I think that Mr. Kikutada's thin, polyhydric chijire noodles would be an excellent [chilled Chinese noodles], and next time I would like to try chilled Chinese noodles.

ラーメンを食べました。麺もスープも美味しかったです。平日の2時頃行きました。この時間営業中なのも良いですね。

圧倒的にスープが美味しく幅広な縮れ麺が特徴的。色んなメニューがあるのにいつも菊忠ラーメンを頼んでしまいます。
チャーハンもとっても美味しいです。食べきれずにパックを頂き持ち帰りました。

綺麗なビジュアルのザ、オーソドックス醤油ラーメン。しかも安価。
しかしながら、味わい深い鳥の出汁感がしっかりした奥深いスープ。うまいなあと言葉に出てしまうような味。
麺は加水でニュルニュルやわめ。縮れがスープに絡む。
チャーシューはこだわった味わい。燻したようなコクあり。
