白河の麺と、喜多方のスープのいいとこ取りのようなラーメンで、美味しかったです。

白河ラーメンを純粋に楽しみたい人、さっぱりした味が好きな人はオススメです！
オーソドックス醤油味、塩と味噌もあるので、いろいろ選ぶことが出来ます。
12時になるとお客さんの出入りが激しくなるので、ゆっくり食べたい方は11時から入店するといいですよ！
とにかく美味しい、それだけです✨
This is my favorite ramen restaurant that I have been going to for a long time!
Recommended for those who just want to enjoy Shirakawa ramen and who like the refreshing taste!
There are also orthodox soy sauce flavors, salt and miso, so you can choose various.
At 12 o'clock, customers come and go very hard, so if you want to eat slowly, you should start at 11 o'clock!

もちもちで歯ごたえのある独特の麺と、肉肉しい歯ごたえと味のチャーシューがとてもおいしいです。
麺とスープと具とのすべての相性がとても良くて、スープはあっさりなのに出汁の旨味でお口の中が非常に満足する一品。
My favorite shop in Shirakawa Ramen.
The unique chewy and chewy noodles and the meaty chewy and tasty char siu are very delicious.
The noodles, soup, and ingredients all go well together, and although the soup is light, the taste of the soup stock makes your mouth very satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらも老舗名店です。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもいい感じです。魚介の出汁もほのかに香り、しっかりとしたスープで美味しく
手打ち縮れ麺もモチモチしてて食べ応えあり。
派手さや知名度としては印象薄いかもしれませんが
紛れもなく名店に属すると思います。
This is also a well-established store. The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere and is very nice. The soup stock of seafood has a faint aroma, and it is delicious with a solid soup.
The hand-crimped noodles are also chewy and satisfying to eat.
It may not be very impressive as it is flashy or well-known.
I think it definitely belongs to a well-known store.

駐車場?️店舗前にあります。
綺麗に舗装されててオートバイでも安心ですが若干狭い感じ。
白河ラーメンの老舗店と聞いて伺いました。
赤い暖簾がかっちょえー?
カウンターと小上がり席、奥には座敷があります。
カウンター、一枚板で造られてるのでしょうか？なんの木か分かりませんが幅が広く高級感あります。
チャーシューワンタン麺大盛り頂きました?
あっさり醤油スープに手打ちのしっかりとした中太縮れ麺そして豚もも肉のチャーシュー5枚入り?
もも肉チャーシュー若干硬いので好みが分かれる所ですが個人的にはこれわこれで美味しかった。
大盛りでしたが、結構ぺろっと食っちまった?
美味しいラーメンご馳走さまでした?♂️
次回は、塩タン麺にチャレンジ?

It's paved nicely and it's safe for motorcycles, but it feels a little narrow.
I heard that it is a long-established store of Shirakawa ramen.
The red curtain is cool ?
There is a counter, small seats, and a tatami room in the back.
Is the counter made of a single plate? I don't know what kind of tree it is, but it is wide and luxurious.
We had a large serving of char siu wonton noodles ?
Light soy sauce soup with firm handmade medium-thick curly noodles and 5 pieces of pork thigh char siu ?
Thigh meat char siu is a little hard, so I have different tastes, but personally, this was delicious.
It was a big meal, but I ate quite a bit ?
Delicious ramen treat ?♂️
Next time, I will challenge salt tan noodles ?

土曜日の13:00でしたが、カウンターに座れました。座敷は満席。白河ラーメンです。味はシンプルで、薄めなラーメン。

It was 13:00 on Saturday, but I was able to sit at the counter. The tatami room is full. This is Shirakawa Ramen. The taste is simple and thin ramen.

開店そうそう２組がおりました?
私はワンタン麺大盛 連れはチャーシュー麺をオーダー‼️約１０分で着丼?
ワンタン麺は見た目なりですがチャーシュー麺はもう少し盛り付けに工夫すれば?
スープの香りはほんのりと煮干⁉️の様な感じがしましたがあっさりとして美味しい?
肝心の麺は中太縮れ麺ですがちょっとモチモチ感があり私の好みではなかったのが残念?
ワンタンはしっかりと餡の存在があり◎‼️
チャーシューは肉厚で食べごたえあるけど少しパサパサ感が気になりました?
総評としては個人の好みですが有り??なラーメンを頂きました‼️
機会が有りましたら今度はみそや塩にもチャレンジしたいと思います??

There were two groups that opened ?
I ordered Wonton noodles, and my companion ordered char siu noodles! ️Donburi in about 10 minutes ?
Wonton noodles look good, but char siu noodles can be served a little more ?
The scent of the soup was slightly like dried sardines ⁉️, but it was light and delicious ?
The essential noodles are medium-thick curly noodles, but it's a shame that it was a bit chewy and I didn't like it ?
Wonton has a strong bean paste ◎‼ ️
The char siu is thick and chewy, but I was a little worried about the dry feeling ?
As a general comment, I received ?? ramen, which is my personal preference! ️
If I have a chance, I would like to try miso and salt next time ??
