京都に生まれ、京懐石で修行後イタリアミラノへ。
ミラノのNOBU/Armaniでは１０年以上板長を務め、その間メルボルン、ドバイ、ブダペスト、モナコ等のNOBUイベントでも活躍をしたシェフTAKAが帰国したのは２０１６年。これまで海外で日本食を紹介することに徹していた彼が、地元京都の良さを再認識し、「今度はこの地で何かを伝えよう」とオープンしたのが「柳小路 TAKA」です。イタリアンと京料理のフュージョンをカジュアルな立ち呑みで楽しんで下さい。
Chef TAKABorn in Uji, Kyoto. After being trained at Kyoto style Kaiseki, he moved to Milano, Italy. While working at NOBU/Armani in Milano for over 10 years, he enjoyed attending many food events all over the world. After living in Italy, Australia and Denmark, he returned to Kyoto in 2016. He decided to stay and open a small gastropub to provide fusion dishes and drinks of Italian and Kyoto style Japanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. And we had a great chat with one of the chefs. Wonderful yakitori and sake and beer. No seats so be prepared to stand at the bar. Everyone crowds in but it meant we meet some great people and had some good conversations. Thoroughly recommend this place
