★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No smoking. Which is quite a difficult find for Yakitori, since the owner wants you to really taste the food. Which is not difficult because there are some great flavours. They start you of with a tasting dish and then regular orders. Not expensive and quality food. This is coming from a foodie. Bring a Japanese friend since there is no english menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our fvourite yakitori place in Kyoto now. Very good chiken, expertly grilled, still tender in the middle. Maybe could use a little less salt, but everything else is good. even the much dreaded chiken meat ball was nicely done. No English menu but the staff and chefs are nice enough to help. Will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing yakitori, one of the best I have had ever. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. The menu is impressively extensive, with a wide range of chicken types and body parts to choose from. The vegetables were a little disappointing but the meat stole the show. Highly recommend the chicken neck and tsukune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best yakitori ever! I’ve been two times since last year and never been disappointed :) the staff is very very friendly and everything is amazingly tasty and fresh. The drinks are well made and the chicken meat is so juicy. We paid around 4-5k yen for 2 people and we had 3 drinks in total with a lot of skewers. I would recommend the chicken sausage, the quail eggs, chicken neck and chicken tail skin ❤️amazing restaurant
