t	takashi k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.2.23 お昼ご飯を求めて初めて百錬さんへ。タイミングよくテーブル席が一つだけ空いたとこ。ラッキー? 娘と2人でステーキ定食を注文。割と短時間で運ばれてきました。熱せられた鉄板の上でジュージューと脂を跳ねさせるいかにも美味しそうなステーキ? まあ、値段が値段なので(990円)なので柔らかいっってわけじゃないけど、十分美味しくいただけました。車の運転があったので、ビールが飲めなかったのが辛かったかな... メニューにはおばんざいや鍋物なんかもあったので、今度はお酒と一緒に楽しみたいな? ごちそうさまでした。 2021.2.23 I went to Hyakuren for the first time in search of lunch. H	Hide Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定食(ランチとは言わない)を兼ねて昼飲みができる、知る人ぞ知る有名店。接客も親しみがあり、ついつい寄ってしまう場所。佐々木酒造の酒粕をふんだんに使用した粕汁は絶品。〆に最強の一品。 A famous restaurant known to those in the know, where you can have lunch as a set meal (not called lunch). A place where the customer service is also friendly and you just drop in. The sake lees made with abundant sake lees from Sasaki Sake Brewery are exquisite. The strongest dish at the end.

The food is very expensive for what you get: “Kyoto mizuna (Japanese greens) nabe” is 1200yen for a plate of four pieces of tofu and a few grams of vegetables. If you want to avoid a waitress with RBF and poor attitude skip this place!

Although they say that they have an English menu, it is very limited and it is not very clear what you are ordering. We ordered a tofu hotpot thinking that it was a hotpot for one, it was just a bowl of water with a block of tofu in it. Nothing else came with it. A block of tofu for 880 yen? No thank you. Try somewhere else.
