★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦は評判通り、お通しに付く山菜や家の物がとっても美味しい、蕨、梅干しを頂きました、大盛り注文や天ぷら類は無く、2皿頂いて丁度でした、家族ぐるみの接待をうけ、心温まります。店は農家の為、通りから、小道に入り少し上ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【重要】平成30年4月から「日曜・祝日のみ」営業となり、平日や土曜日は予約が必要です。テレビなどでも何度も取材されている人気と実力が揃っているお店でも蕎麦だけでの商売は厳しいそうです。
【最初の書き込み】ほぼ、毎年、食べに行ってましたが、バイクを小さくしたので平成28年は行けませんでした。物凄く細い麺で蕎麦つゆが良く絡まって大変美味しくいただける蕎麦で、いつも2杯戴いてしまいます。また、バイクで食べに行きたいですね。
【追記】山形県飯豊町との大規模林道が再開通したため、H29.7.7に2年ぶりに食べに行きました。良い意味で何も変わらず安心しました。
【追記】H30.10.14に1年ぶりに小さなバイクと大きなバイクで職場の同僚と食べに行きました。気温の低い場所を走って来て冷たいお蕎麦が美味しく食べられるかちょっと心配でしたか、実際にいただくと、そんな懸念も吹き飛ぶほど美味しいお蕎麦で、いつものように2皿税込1,400円分いただきました。(玄関先で首都圏から来たと思われる方から「物凄く美味しかった。感動するよ」と声を掛けてもらいました。普段はよほど美味しくないお蕎麦を食べているのかもしれませんね‥(笑))

十割蕎麦を細く切るって、なかなか難しい。喉ごしもよく、付け合わせのおかずも美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当のそば、建物に貼り付けた「そば通も納得する弘法そば」の看板が目を引く。
そば打ちはのばすのではなく叩く、メニューもシンプルにざるそばのみ。天ぷらなどよけいなものはなく、そばだけで勝負していることが伝わる。
値段が安いのは助かりますが、その分満腹感が得られない…。ご飯一膳で物足りなく感じる人は大盛りが必要。
頼めば有るようですが、「水そば」をまず食べてからなど、よけいなことは言われることはなく、感じ取れるかどうかわからない高級素麺より細すぎるくらいの蕎麦でした。
弘法大師が祀られていました。

十割でこの細さ、風味もしっかりある素晴らしい蕎麦です。
山菜の煮物や刺身こんにゃくはご夫婦のご厚意。これがまた絶品で、こんな絶妙に仕上げた刺身こんにゃくは初めて。
