女将さんと若旦那の温かい笑顔と然り気無いお気遣いの心地よいこと。
郷土色溢れる懐石料理も、素材の旨味を生かした優しく上品なお味で、〆の山都蕎麦も絶品です。
温泉ではありませんが、漆塗りの心地よい貸切り風呂です。
テレビもなくひたすら静かな空間で、お気に入りの本を読むなり、近隣の里山を散策するなり、ぼ～っと目の前の田んぼを眺めるなり、自分なりの癒しの時を過ごせます。
予約制ですが、ランチや夜の会席だけも楽しめますから、一度体験してみては如何でしょうか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1日2組の宿ということで、このご時世感染対策として魅力的だと思い予約しました。大正時代を思わせる造りで、囲炉裏や歪んだ飾り窓も当時の物ですごく雰囲気が良かったです。料理はどれも手が込んでいて、中でも蕎麦は絶品でした。妊娠が分かり直前で電話しましたが、お料理も飲み物も配慮していただきありがたかったです。何より一番行ってよかったと思えたのは若旦那と女将さんの人柄です。こんなに優しい気持ちになれるのかと思うほど穏やかで温かい接し方でした。話をしすぎることなく私達のことを聞き出すこともなく、ホッとするようなちょうど良い感じ。1日2組だからこそできるおもてなしなのだと感じました。本当に良い時間を過ごせました。

It feels relieved and just right, without talking too much and not hearing about us. I felt that it was the hospitality that only two groups a day could do. I had a really good time.

2回目は夫婦で宿泊
今回は、高齢の両親と息子たちとの宿泊でお世話になりました
今回
普段は食欲のない両親もほぼ完食
丁寧に食べる人の事を思い浮かべて調理して頂いた料理だったと感じました
店主の方の接客、トークも心のこもったおもてなしで、ありがたいものでした
テレビのない時間、丁度満月の翌日で家族で部屋の照明を消し、月明かりで盛り上がった家族の団らんは何物にも替えがたい思い出となりました
また、普段の生活とは離れた時間を過ごしに

とにかく気持ちのいい接客と、全てのメニューが満点なお料理。母も喜んでくれて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。居心地が良すぎて長居してしまいました。
医療福祉系で働く3姉妹と高齢の母にはこの時期完全個室で安心して過ごすことができました。
また利用させていただきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の志ぐれ亭に行ってきました。そこは人里離れたとても静かな場所です。秋とはまた違い、真っ白な雪に覆われた静かな別世界です。いつもながら若旦那の極め細やかな心遣いと美味しい料理に堪能してきました。今回は春を感じられるたらの芽やふきのとうの天ぷら、今ならではの鮟鱇なべなど、作り手のおもてなしの心が伝わるお料理に舌鼓を打ちました。次は桜の時期に是非訪れたいです。ありがとうございました。
