今まで食べたなかのそばの中でぶっちぎりの1位です。今度は絶対予約して食べたいと思います。天ぷらとかのメニューがないのであぶらのにおいとかなく、そばだけを味わいたいには最高でした!
It's the best soba I've ever eaten. I definitely want to make a reservation and eat this time. There is no menu such as tempura, so it was great to taste only soba without the smell of sardines!

夏蕎麦なので期待していませんでしたが山都蕎麦の中でも一番だと思います。限定35食という事ですがコロナの影響なのか混んでいませんでした。また、食べに来たいです。

茅乃庵のざるそば、美味しかったです。地元山都町のそばの実を甘皮を残したまま挽いたそばで、舌触りが素晴らしく非常においしいそばです。つゆは、かつおベースに目刺しなどの魚介で丁寧に出汁をとった逸品です。普通の古民家で営業されておりますが、休日は予約しないとなかなか食べることができません。山都町のそば屋さんは山都町の中心部から離れたところにありますが、時間をかけても食べたくなるお店ばかりです。おすすめです。
