特にメニューはなく冷たい蕎麦か温かい蕎麦か選び、食べたい量を注文するシステムでした。 営業時間も昼間とのことでしたが予約をすれば夜も対応できるそうです。

民家蕎麦屋の風情を色濃く残すお店、家庭的なもてなしと自家製蕎麦やコンニャク料理を楽しめる。 最初に供する蕎麦の量を聞かれるので小食の方なら1杯、食欲旺盛な方なら2杯以上がおすすめ。辛み大根をおろしてつゆに入れる高遠式の蕎麦はさっぱりとしていてスルスルと腹に収まり、つい食べ過ぎてしまうのでご注意。
