He was very polite and kindly answered this question. It was my first all-sole, but I was looking forward to the finish without worrying about it. As an aside, the building that houses the shops is very tasteful.

オールソールとリウェルト自体は普通のお仕事でした。
左靴の左側に謎の(ロウ？)付着物がついていました。きっと作業場側だったのかなと思います。
オールソールなのでだいぶ大変な作業だったようでアッパーのかかと部分、左右の靴に綺麗に横の傷が。カウンターライニング側も傷と力がかかったのか今にも破れそうな状態でした。大手術だったみたいです。カウンターライニングの劣化はいつかは来るので該当コメントは特に気にしないでください。アッパーは雑魚。
結局は持ち込まれる前からだなどの水掛論になるので持ち込む前に全方位の写真を撮っておくことをおすすめします。
依頼部分については特に問題ありませんがトータルで考えると微妙。他拠点のクチコミみると修理担当者によって当たり外れがあるようですので、運みたいなものかと思います。

There was a mysterious (low?) Deposit on the left side of the left shoe. I'm sure it was on the workplace side.
Since it is an all-sole, it seems that it was a lot of work, and there are beautiful side scratches on the upper heel and left and right shoes. The counter lining side was also in a state where it was about to tear, probably because of scratches and force. It seems that it was a major surgery. The deterioration of the counter lining will come someday, so please do not worry about the corresponding comment. The upper is a small fish.
In the end, it will be a watering theory such as before you bring it in, so it is recommended to take pictures in all directions before you bring it in.
There is no particular problem with the request part, but it is delicate when considered in total. Looking at the reviews of other bases, it seems that there is a hit or miss depending on the person in charge of repair, so I think it is like luck.
