2回目行った時は丁寧な男性スタッフさんで良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、時計の修理をお願いするために伺いました。
横浜駅のミスター・ミニットで、時計修理をしているところというとnewman店とそごう店のようだったので、たまたま所用があった場所から近いnewmanの方に行きました。
結果、もう行かないかな。
店に入った際、男性店員が女性客の靴の修理のための接客中だったようでこれはもうタイミングの問題なので仕方ありませんが。
店に入ってもいらっしゃいませの言葉や会釈の一つもなし。
まるでそこにいないかのように振る舞われ、ずっと接客中の客と相談をしていました。いつまで放置されるか想像がつかなかったのと、その場で口コミを確認しにいったら"愛想のない店員がいた"と書かれている方が居たので、店に入って3分位で退散しました。
待つなら待つでいいのですが、
一切の声掛けもないのですっごい不快でしたね。別に愛想の良し悪しで客が途切れる商売でもないんでしょうが。
これはただの愚痴ですが、愛想もないしおまけに腕毛も不衛生(笑)

When I entered the store, it seems that a male clerk was serving customers to repair the shoes of a female customer, so this is a matter of timing, so it can't be helped.
There are no words or greetings when you enter the store.
I acted as if I wasn't there, and I was always consulting with customers who were serving customers. I couldn't imagine how long it would be left unattended, and when I went to check the word-of-mouth on the spot, there was a person who said "There was an unfriendly clerk", so it took about 3 minutes to enter the store. I've gone away.
If you wait, you can wait, but
It was really unpleasant because I didn't say anything. I don't think it's a business where customers are cut off due to good or bad amiability.
This is just a bittersweet, but it's not amiable and the arm hair is unsanitary (laughs)
