★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャリーケースのキャスター交換で修理を依頼しました。とても小さいお店ですが、丁寧な対応と接客してくださった方の気さくな対応がとても好印象でした。どのくらい使っていたか等は伝えていないのですが、愛着を感じとってくれているところがよかったです。まだ修理を依頼したばかりで受け取りはまだですが、また壊れたら伺うと思います。追記:預けた当日の夕方に連絡があり、交換完了しましたとのこと。一応1週間ほどの納期と伺ってましたが、なんとも早い！毎回ではないかと思いますが、とても助かります！

お店にもっていくと店員さんがしっかりと見てくれて骨一本だと思っていたのですがその隣の骨も折れていてパーツの劣化だと教えてくれました。
なので骨を全部交換して頂きました。
そして約1週間後に連絡があり受け取りにいくとしっかりとすべての骨が綺麗に交換されていました。2、3週間と伝えられていたのですが早く、リーズナブルな金額で修理して頂きました。
思い入れのある傘だったので本当に嬉しく思います。
折りたたみ傘の骨交換はやってくれるところがなかったのでとても助かりました。
