★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紳士靴売り場と併設されたリペア工房。紳士靴売り場で買った靴をそのまま加工してくれる。自分は主にトゥスチールを着けて貰います。もちろん他店で購入した靴でも大事に丁寧に扱ってもらえるし、靴に会うクリーム等の相談も真摯に対応してくれるので、靴に関しては購入からメンテナンスまで、ここにお任せするのがオススメです。

私はソール交換をお願いしたのですが、早く出来上がったら電話くれるというものではなく、決められた日付以降取りに来てくださいと。
まだかなとは思いつつ10日ほど早く電話をしてみたら「出来上がってます」と言われたので取りに伺いましたが、デパートの中で商売をされている以上、早めにできた場合は連絡いただけると嬉しかったかな。
ソール交換のどこまでやるといいですよ的な提案はしてくれましたが、商売っ気?があまり感じられずに、靴の先端のキズ消しとか磨きの提案とかしてくれると売上も上がるし、お客様も喜ばれるのでは?

磨きや簡単な修理はその場で、オールソール等の重修理は基本的に1ヶ月前後の預けとなります。
３０年近く履いた革靴も、綺麗に蘇りました。技術力はとても高いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某チェーン店に比べてコバの削り方など丁寧ですね。料金はさほど高いわけでもなく、腕の良さ、部材選びのセンスを感じます。職人気質なのか接客はそごうクオリティではないのですが、イメージしていたよりも仕上がりが良く好印象です。細かいことを打ち合わせしなくても、お任せで済んでしまいそう。ただ場所柄、敷居は高いですね。どんな靴でも頼める雰囲気ではないと思います。私の場合、インポートのお気に入りの靴はこちらに出すことにしています。
