基本いつお伺いしても大混雑で、店員さんお二人がつかまってしまっており、なかなか順番がこないこともありますが、それでも時間の許す限り至極丁寧に接客・対応してくださいます。
わからないことをなんでも聞くと答えてくださって、知識の豊富さに驚きます。とても素敵なお店です。

Basically, it is very crowded no matter when you visit, and it may be difficult for the two clerk to take turns, but even so, please be as polite as your time allows.

店員さんはみな知識豊富で、人当たりが柔らかく、懇切丁寧な接客です。
試乗もできますので、イロイロ試して、ぜひ納得の相棒を見つけて欲しいです。
誤解を恐れずに言えば、一生付き合える自転車と出会える場所です。そのくらいアフターサービスが丁寧で細やかです。自転車は使い捨てのガジェットではない、ということを実感させて頂きました。１０年以上前に、ここで買ったブロンプトンはバリバリ現役です。誰に紹介しても間違いない、一番好きな自転車屋さんです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人のコメントにもありますが、接客が悪く親身ではありません。まず椅子から立ち上がらない。高級自転車を買う客だけを相手にするので、いわゆる町の自転車屋さんに困り事を相談するというような感じでは入らない方が無難です。前の店員さんは備品の取り寄せとかしてくれたのですが、今日はとても残念で悲しくなりました。
As mentioned in other people's comments, the customer service is poor and I am not friendly. First of all, I can't get up from the chair. Since we only deal with customers who buy high-end bicycles, it is safer not to go in as if you were consulting with a so-called town bicycle shop. The previous clerk ordered the equipment, but today I was very disappointed and sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、仕事で使用するための自転車（birdy）を購入しました。
自転車に乗るのは久しぶり、折り畳み自転車に乗るのは初めてだったため不安もありましたが、スタッフの佐々木さんがすべての不安を払拭してくれました。折り畳み方法の実演から保険、今後のメンテナンスに至るまで丁寧にレクチャーして下さり、実店舗で購入する大切さを痛感しました。また、店長の平田さんからもポイントを押さえたアドバイスをいただき有難かったです。
何より、仕事の都合で遅い時間帯に飛び込んだにも関わらず、嫌な顔ひとつせず閉店時刻を越えても優しく対応して下さる態度に感服しました。今後も自転車共々長いお付き合いが出来ればと思います。
I bought a birdy for work yesterday.
It's been a while since I've been riding a bicycle, and I was worried because it was my first time to ride a folding bike, but Mr. Sasaki, a staff member, dispelled all my worries. He gave a careful lecture from the demonstration of the folding method to insurance and future maintenance, and I keenly realized the importance of purchasing at the actual store. Also, I am grateful to Mr. Hirata, the store manager, for his advice.
Above all, I was impressed with the attitude of being kind to me even after the closing time without making a disgusting face, even though I jumped into the late hours due to work reasons. I hope we can continue to have a long relationship with our bicycles.
