や	やましん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理をお願いしに予約のうえ入店しましたが、物凄く混んでいて時間通りには絶対始まらないだろうと思っていたら、ピッタリ時間通りにブースを用意して始めてくれました。結局修理はぜずにアドバイザーというかたが1時間かけてメンテナンスしてくれて無料でした。本当に申し訳ないくらい有り難かったです。店員全てが対応が良く他の店舗ではないいい意味でのあり得ない対応づくしでした。多分ここは店長がしっかりしているのでしょうね。絶対そう思います。 I made a reservation to ask for repairs and entered the store, but when I thought that it would never start on time because it was so crowded, he prepared a booth on time and started. ち	ちょこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の接客自体は丁寧でしたがあとのフォローが雑すぎでした。機種変更で伺ったのですが欲しい本体の在庫がなく取り寄せをお願いしました。 2、3日程度でくるので問題ないありません！入りましたら連絡いたします！と言われましたが私が次に伺えるのが 3週間後だったのでその時に購入するとお伝えしていました。しかし連絡は全然こず… 確かに少し先すぎる予定でもあったので近いタイミングで連絡がくるのかな、と思っておりましたがまったくこず… 伺う3日前にこちらから電話したところお願いしていた機種の在庫がなく指定日までに取り寄せができないとのこと正直はぁ？？？？？と思いました。ないのは仕方ないですが在庫がないのであれば早い段階で連絡入れるのが筋ではありませんか？？ 3週間も時間ありましたよね？？そもそも2、3日と最初に言っているので少なくともその日をすぎて見込みが立たないのであれば連絡するのが普通ではありませんか？？？私が着信に気が付いていなかったり電話番号を書き間違えたのかと思いもしましたが電話越しでは忘れていたようなことを零していたのが聞こえました。ふざけているんですか。用意できないのであれば先に連絡入れる。この考え方間違ってますか？？店員の対応にここまで腹が立ったのは人生で初めてです。二度と利用しません。 The first customer service itself was polite, but the follow-up was too messy.
