★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約関係で話を聞いていただき、素早く手続きを終わらせることができました。
しかし、それを補って有り余るほどの説明不足と処理のずさんさに辟易しています。そのせいで追加の料金を取られているので星一じゃ足りないくらいの憤りを感じています。
絶対この店舗で契約関係の手続きをしない方が良いです。
 I was able to finish the procedure quickly by listening to the story regarding the contract.
However, I am overwhelmed by the lack of explanation and the sloppy processing that make up for it. Because of that, I'm being charged an additional fee, so I'm feeling indignant that one star isn't enough.
It is definitely better not to go through contract-related procedures at this store.

ここはいい思い出がない。
次からは違う所へ行くと決めた。
It started without a greeting from the person in charge, and I refused to arrange repairs because it was awkward and took a considerable amount of time.
I have no good memories here.
I decided to go to a different place next time.

キャンペーンもあったのでお得にスマートフォンを買い換えることができました。

女の従業員の方は受付に立って指示をしていたりこちらをちらちらみていたりマスクごしに何かを行ってるように見えました、あまり感じがよくないです。

The female employee seemed to be standing at the reception desk, giving instructions, glancing at me, and doing something through the mask, which is not very pleasant.

近場であり、再度利用することがあるかも知れないと考え直接苦情を伝えていませんが、もっと店員への教育をしっかりと行うべき。
Because the clerk did not understand the details of Apple care and sales, it was unpleasant to say differently depending on the clerk.
I haven't complained directly because I'm in the vicinity and I think I might use it again, but I should educate the clerk more firmly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧且つ迅速な対応をしていただけたので今までお世話になっていました。
先日近くのソフトバンクショップにてプランの見直しをしてもらった際に、ららぽーと富士見店にて組んでもらったはずの家族割が組まれていないとわかりました。また、この方が割引が組めてお得ですとのことでタブレットも契約したのですが、そのようなことは絶対にありませんと言われました。
何も気づかずに一年半。
故意なのかはわかりませんが不信感しかないので今後は利用するのやめます。

When I was asked to review the plan at a nearby SoftBank shop the other day, I found out that the family discount that was supposed to have been set up at LaLaport Fujimi store was not set up. Also, I signed up for a tablet because this person can get a discount and get a good deal, but I was told that there is absolutely no such thing.
It's been a year and a half without noticing anything.
I don't know if it's intentional, but I'm just distrustful, so I'll stop using it in the future.
