機種変更に長い時間丁寧に付き合って頂き 無事に手続きが出来ました。 また手続きの際にはお願いしたいです。 ただ、ららぽーと富士見の中にあるので 週末等には大変混み合うので事前に予約して 行く事をおすすめします。 平日は比較的空いていますので ゆっくり相談したい、待ち時間等を 気にされるなら平日が良いと思います。

数年前に母が契約した際にこのiPadを無料でつけてこのプランにすると安くなると言われてそのまま契約していましたが結局本体代もお金をとられていました。直接相談しても当時のスタッフがいないから対応できないといわれて解約。他の店舗の方に聞いた所、auの直接の店舗ではなく代理店ようです。au本社自体もこうした代理店の勝手なやり口に手を焼いているらしく近々注意が入るようです。 何が言いたいかというとこの代理店で契約するのはやめた方が良いと思います。
