★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフはとても親切で子供の調子に合わせて撮影をしてくれます。ただ、料金設定が高いのと写真データが一年後になるのを考えると割高感が否めません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜に七五三の写真を撮りました。衣装は110以上は豊富ですが、七五三に関しての90は少なめ、100は90以上110以下といったところです。
12:30に案内をうけましたが、着替えが13:00。写真撮影に入ったのが14:30。二種類の衣装で写真を撮りましたが、全工程終了は16:30でした。
衣装の気付けは丁寧ですばやく3歳以上ならば撮影まで着崩れせずに過ごせました。１歳１０ヶ月の女の子は飽きて着崩れさせてしまいましたが…
撮影はとても上手く撮ってくれました。3歳はケタケタ笑い、緊張の極みの1歳10ヶ月でもときおりニコッと笑ってくれて記念に残るよい写真がとれました。
気付けの際にききましたが、平日でも混んでいるとのことです。よい思い出になりますが、1日仕事になります。ご注意ください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お宮参りと七五三の撮影をしました。
予約して行きましたが、既に6組ぐらいのお客がいて激混み。
すぐ衣装を選び、スタッフの方が「衣装部屋に服置いてきますね」と言い待ってたら全然来なくて、探してたら既に撮影してる他のお客さんを担当してました。
私達夫婦と3歳の息子、ベビーカーに乗ってる3ヶ月の娘はロッカールームの前でずっと立って待ってました。
奥に案内するでもなく、ただ衣装を持っていき戻ってこないスタッフに苛立ち、受付に言いに言ったら「奥で座って待ってて下さい」と一言。
3カ月の娘もグズったりしないので、撮影自体はスムーズに進みましたがスタッフの対応の悪さに呆れました。
スタッフの人数足りないなら、予約数考えた方がいいと思います。
スタジオアリスは息子が3カ月の時から利用してますが、こんな不愉快な思いをしたのは初めてです。
今後の利用も考えようと思います。

We made a reservation, but there are already about 6 sets of customers and it is crowded.
I picked out costumes immediately and the staff was waiting for me to leave my clothes in the costume room, so I didn't come at all.
Our couple, 3-year-old son, and 3-month-old daughter in a stroller were standing and waiting in front of the locker room.
Rather than guiding them to the back, they were frustrated by the staff who did not bring back their costumes and told the receptionist, “Please sit back and wait”.
Since my three-month-old daughter didn't get lost, the filming went smoothly, but I was amazed by the poor staff.
If the number of staff is insufficient, you should consider the number of reservations.
Studio Alice has been using my son for three months, but this is the first time he has had such an unpleasant feeling.
I will think about future use.

撮影当日は衣装やどんな風に取って欲しいか等決めていくとズームに行くと思います！
また、撮影後にどんな物が欲しいか検討して行くとサクサク進み時間短縮にもなると思います。撮影した写真の枚数を稼ぎたいとか‥アルバムで残したいなと色々あると思うので。個人的にフォトパネオススメです(*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤ちゃんの撮影で2度利用しましたが、2回とも肝心の写真の出来が良くないんです、、、
子ども達の表情や目線がバラバラしていたり、メガネに光が反射してしまっていたり、、、。
高い料金を支払ったし、リビングに飾るための写真だったのでとても残念です。
別の近所の写真館ではこういうことは無いので、もう少しなんとかならないのかな？
スタッフさんは親切でしたし、一生懸命やってくださったのですが、やはり写真館は出来上がりが大切なので、、、。

衣装持ち込みの対応をして頂いたり、付属品(足袋)をサービスでつけていただきました。
ここまでは良かったのですが、肝心の写真の出来がよくありません。小さな子供の撮影時には、玩具や声掛けで気を散らせてくれますが今回の担当の方は上手とは言えませんでした。
背景と服の色が被っていたり、表情や指先等にまで気が向かないのか、殆どの写真が不格好です。枚数自体も1ポーズ3,4枚で選ぶ余地がありません、消去法でまともそうなのを選びました。
前回のお店が特別良かったんだと納得することにしましたが、技術力で勝らないもののデータや写真を数万円で買おうと思うでしょうか。

以前別店舗で撮影をして、とても満足いく写真を撮ってもらえたので期待していましたが、本当にここはガッカリです。
ポーズの指定をしている時や千歳飴を持たせる時はやや強引、娘の表情は固いし枚数も少ないので、消去法でマシなものを数枚選ぶのにも苦労しました。
ただでさえ撮ってもらった枚数少ないのに笑顔の写真なんて本当に貴重…
私自身が着ていた着物を娘に着せて撮影、というのをずっと、本当に何年も憧れて楽しみにしていたのに残念でなりません。
この店舗は二度と利用しないと思います。
