おしぼりは出てこない。
トングは出てこない。
火はついてない。
言わないと全てやってくれないレベルのサービス。
カウンターに案内されたが、店長的な方が、ずーーーっとカウンターの目の前で社員?かバイト?にキレてる。キレ終わったら安定のため息。
全部聞こえてるし、見てるこっちの立場にもなっていただきたい。
タン塩１人前２０００円のそれなりに値段もいいお店なのに、サービスは終わってますね。
知り合いに勧められて行きましたが、自分で精肉店で肉買って家で焼肉してる方が、１００倍良いです。
ちなみにユッケはいちばん最後に出てきました。
じゃあ前菜の欄に入れないでくださいって思いましたね。
あらゆる京都の焼肉屋行きましたが、ダントツの最下位です。
正直死ぬまで行くことはないです。
ここまで早く店出たいと思わせる店もなかなかないので、いい勉強になりました。
今回は勉強代だと思っておきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年ほど前、お昼過ぎにランチで入ったところ、店長らしき人が若いアルバイト（？）の男性を終始怒鳴りつけており、他の店員さんも委縮しきっていました。出てくるものの味が分からなくなる程度に店内に怒鳴り声が響き渡り、大変賑やかだと感じました。少しぐらいお客さんがどう感じるかを考えることができればようやく普通の店になれると思います！ コロナで大変だと思いますが頑張ってください！！ 私はもう二度と行きませんが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某映画会社スタッフのお気に入りのお店のため、有名人が多く訪れるお店でもあります。店内には超有名俳優のポスターが沢山飾られていて テンションが上がります♪全体的には美味しいのですが 北山に出店された当時と比べてお肉の質が落ちたように感じ残念です。無料駐車場も近くにあるので便利です。久し振りに訪れたせいか オーナーやスタッフの態度が冷たかったのが悲しかったです。テイクアウトも始められているようなので 次回はテイクアウトにしてみようかと思っています。

当時は美味しかった。
10年ぶりくらいに北山へと思ったが本店が閉店したとの事。
何と言っても肉が悪い。残念。
4人で3万ほど。
急いでおり、途中まで単品でたのんだが、めんどくさくなりセットを頼んだからか！？！
とても残念。
唯一ユッケがあったのは良かった。
当時の記憶がある分、変わってしまってショックだった。
無料駐車場まで３０ｍほど。
掘りごたつのため、車椅子は難しいと思われる。
