ここに限らずケンタッキーの系列はあまり接客がよくないですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の店でバイトしていた友達曰く、混雑時は調理時間短縮のために火力を上げるそうですが、それだとチキンがパサつくのだそうです。弱火でじっくり調理したほうがジューシーで美味しいそうです。
だから混んでない時間を狙うと、ジューシーで美味しいチキンが食べられる、、、かもしれません。
A friend of mine who worked part-time at another restaurant said that when it was crowded, the heat was increased to shorten the cooking time, but that would make the chicken dry. It seems that it is juicy and delicious to cook slowly over low heat.
So if you aim for a less crowded time, you may be able to eat juicy and delicious chicken.

下鴨本通りに面するケンタッキーです。
注文口が狭いので、お客さんが多いとコミコミになりそうです。
店員さんは笑顔で気持ちの良い対応をしてくださる方で良かったです。ちびっ子に対しては目線を合わせて対応してくれる好感の持てるお姉さんでした。
コロナというご時世ということもあり2階のイートインはお昼時でも空いていました。
デリバリーの人はひっきりなしに出入りしている様子でした。
②階のカウンター席からは交差点が一望できてとても開放感があり気分良く食事ができました！
美味しいチキン、ごちそうさまでした！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard KFC, so the food itself wasn't a problem or any different from any other KFC, but it wasn't very tourist friendly. The staff wasn't very welcoming; No English menu, and we received no help in trying to understand the Japanese menu either. Instead the two workers behind the counter chuckled and whispered between themselves. It felt a bit intimidating.
