甘さは控えめ。酸味も控えめ。ただ、決して存在感がない訳ではなく、ちゃんとチーズっぽさはある。
何というか表現に苦しむが美味しいには違いないので、北山に用事がある時はちょっと足を延ばして訪ねて見ると良いと思う。
