F	Felix Mantey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a pair of overshoes and tried two of them on since my shoe size was in-between both size ranges of the overshoes. Instead of asking me if I need any help, the staff only told me that I'm not permitted to try on the overshoes, even after explaining why I did so. Hence I left the store without buying anything.

C	C. MQS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of Tokyo's Y's Road shop. No as big as Shinjuku one, but still large. They have many kind of bicycles, but no mamacharri. They have a hudge choice of road bikes Canondale, Lapierre, Cervelo, Giant and more. They also have mountain bike, gravel single speed, fixies etc... They have specific clothes and bike area for women. There's a big choice of accessories (lights, carriers, locks) spare parts tires and so on. I never saw kids bike, and remember that their stock is for japanese sizes ( S to M mostly). They usually have one English speaker, if not, better to come an other day, if you need to order.

The shop has an extensive variety of everything, and a lot more that can be ordered through catalogs. The salespeople were friendly and helpful, and did their best to help us despite the language difficulties. You leave with your bike registered already, and with every accessory you may possibly need. I’m shocked by their low rating here and think it is quite unfair.

Lost the bolt that holds the plate into my SPD shoes, as I've never bought a bike there I went in and said I'd buy new plates or shoes if they couldn't help fix my existing ones. The guy who I spoke to spend some time and found me a replacement bolt (which cost 100 yen), saving me the cost of replacing the shoes. Will definitely go back when I buy my next bike.
