売って終わりのお店や営業マンはいますが、ここは購入時でさえ親身になって対応してくれることはありません。そういう文化なんだと思います。
買う側からすると高い買い物ですが、売る側からするとただ商品が1つ売れただけという感覚なんでしょうか。
接客は最低で、その時点で少し疑問でしたが、物は良いので購入しました。
私の場合、注文した内容と違うパーツで組まれたものを納車されました。
そのことに後日気付いて電話をしたところ、悪びれるそぶりもなく「じゃあ取り替えるんで持ってきてください」と。びっくりしました。
他のパーツも違うパーツで組まれてるんではないか？と不安になったので、組んだ際の見積書を出してくださいとお願いしたところ、
「メーカーから見積書を出すのは禁止されてる」という謎の嘘…
私が引き下がらないと「見積書は残ってない」と言われました。自分たちが間違ったあげく、謝りもせず嘘をつく。もはや怖いです…
高い買い物したのに満足度が低く、ずっと心に何かが引っかかってる感覚です。
物は良い商品なのに本当に勿体ないと思います。
購入してからは一度もお店に行ってないですし、これからも行くことはありません。

There are shops and salespeople who have finished selling, but even at the time of purchase, they do not take care of themselves. I think it's that kind of culture.
From the buyer's point of view, it's an expensive purchase, but from the seller's point of view, it feels like only one item has been sold.
The customer service was the worst, and I was a little skeptical at that point, but I bought it because it was good.
In my case, I delivered a car that was assembled with parts that were different from what I ordered.
When I noticed that later and called, he said, "Then I'll replace it, so please bring it." surprised.
Isn't the other parts assembled with different parts? I was worried, so when I asked for a quotation when I assembled it,
A mysterious lie that "it is forbidden to issue a quote from the manufacturer" ...
If I didn't withdraw, I was told that there was no quote left. They make mistakes and lie without apologizing. I'm scared anymore ...
Even though I made a high purchase, I was not satisfied with it, and I felt that something was stuck in my heart all the time.
Though the product is a good product, I think it's really a waste.
I have never been to the store since I bought it, and I will never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MATE.BIKEの試乗でふらっと立ち寄りました。凝ったオシャレ自転車ユーザーがメンテナンスにたくさん来てました。スタッフさんとよく知り合いなのか、楽しそうに話してました。
口コミは賛否両論あったので不安でしたが、スタッフの皆さん気さくに話しかけてくれて、説明も丁寧でした。
特に、スタッフのコウタさんにはつきっきりで対応していただき本当にありがたかったです。そのおかげか、勢いでMATE.BIKEを購入しました。必要なアクセサリーも親身に説明していただきました。
納車の日が楽しみです。またお邪魔します。
