★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got ripped off at this place, I've service my brompton in 3 different countries and the prices of this shop are out of this world, it is the same quality job if you go to a premium reseller in Tokyo or Yokohama rather than this Junction store, which by the way is not managed by Brompton directly, is just another reseller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my brompton toolkit and saddle bag but i find 2 staff on duty are not being attentive and when i asked questions about the product they dont seem bothered to explain in detail. these 2 staff here are giving bad reputation to the shop and i hope you treat your customer better in future. as for now, due to my bad experience i wont recommend you this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, especially considering my meager Japanese. They were very helpful in demonstrating everything to do with the bikes and accessories, and were not pushy to make the sale. They were even able to expedite my order/assembly to meet my short travel schedule. Very happy with the experience, and have since returned for other accessories, in order to support a good shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to get some information of Brompton bikes. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Got stared at by 2 of the staffs when we walked in....waited and looked around but no one approached us (only eye contact, they didn’t even look away just kept staring at us, so awkward) so we approach them and they didn’t want to answer any of our questions in detail.
Also got asked if we’re are going to buy, we said yea we are considering. Then they start treating us a little better. We had a really bad experience here. The staff there were very unwelcoming:( so sad
