過去の接客がひどいとかは知りませんが、少なくとも今のお店の運営はなにか不備があるんですかね、、、？

プロテック中目黒店で、
７月頃に自転車をオーダーしましたが、
人の入れ替わりで、知らなかったと言われ、
１０月末まで待ってくれ、と言われ、
音沙汰ないので、10/26日に電話したら、
トラブルが今日発生したのを知ったので、
連絡出来なかった、と言われました。
そんな都合の良い話し、誠意のない対応は初めてです。
プロテックさんの対応には憤りを感じています。

At Protech Nakameguro store,
I ordered a bicycle around July,
It was said that I didn't know because of the change of people,
I was told to wait until the end of October,
If you call on October 26th,
I knew that the trouble occurred today,
I was told I couldn't contact you.
It is the first time that such a convenient talk and sincerity are handled.
I feel resentful about Protech's response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書いてますが、メガネをかけてたら店員の方の接客がひどいです。別の方の接客と対照的過ぎて残念。もう行かないと思います。
Others have also written, but if you wear glasses, the customer service of the clerk is terrible. It's a shame because it contrasts with the customer service of another person. I don't think I'll go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪な対応で始めていきましたが気分が悪くなりました。タイヤの空気を入れてもらいに行きましたが、ドンキの方がいいですよとおすすめして、面倒だなぁーという態度です。
対応よければ、今後も自転車買い換えや、タイヤ交換もするし、近所だから友達にもすすめられるのに、残念なお店でした。裏表出過ぎた接客。
購入しない人には冷たいお店でした。
I started with the worst response, but I felt sick. I went to get the tires inflated, but I recommended that Donki be better, and it's a hassle.
If it's okay, I'll continue to buy new bicycles and change tires, and since I'm in the neighborhood, I can recommend it to my friends, but it was a shame. Customer service that has gone too far.
It was a cold shop for those who didn't buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メガネかけた店員最悪。何回か部品購入したりここ数年利用していますが、この人接客できませんね。地域密着型の自転車屋だと思っていましたが最低の接客。この人以外の店員さんは良い人。丁寧だし、空気入れもお願いすると快くしてくれる。面白いくらいの接客なんで逆に皆さん接客をこの人にお願いして欲しい。
The worst clerk wearing glasses. I have purchased parts several times and have been using them for the past few years, but I can't serve this person. I thought it was a community-based bicycle shop, but the worst customer service. The clerk other than this person is a good person. It's polite, and if you ask for an inflator, it will make you happy. It's an interesting customer service, so I would like everyone to ask this person to serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最高です。レビューを見てたら「眼鏡の店員接客態度最低」などと書いてあったのが気になりましたが、行ってみたら眼鏡の店員でした!!ちょっとビクビクしましたが非常に感じよく自転車を診断してもらい、その場の治療で生き返りました。まるで自分のもののように可愛がってもらいました。批判的なお考えの方とは全く正反対の経験でした。私はオススメします。
it's the best. When I looked at the reviews, I was worried that it said, "The customer service attitude of the spectacles clerk is the worst", but when I went there, I was a spectacles clerk !! I had a diagnosis and was revived by the treatment on the spot. I was loved as if it were my own. It was the exact opposite of the critical thinking. I recommend it.
