The whole building is so huge that they have sub-sections for different categories of items. Also, the tax-free refund counter is at the 1st floor, which is named B2C

Plenty of refills and a very knowledgeable staff. They have all the tchotchkes you could want, and many you didn't know you needed. They are great for hobbyists. Dept stores can be a bit frenetic, but Tokyo hands has good focus and appropriate merchandising.

It has 7-8 levels and each level has A, B an C areas spiralling upwards and having various gadgets, DIY - products, accessories and basically everything you didn't even think about. I couldn't help noticing that quite a few imported brands cost 2-3-times more than in Europe, so I would focus on Japanese brands or products. Worth a visit if you have plenty of free time

There's a great variety of cards and decorations which all the stuffs there is so attractive and funny. I spend like two hours and was unable to walk through all the floors!! Just amazing!!

You get stroller and bags for your DOGs, a great selection of beer from all over the world, creative supplies, all tools needed to get oxygen into your wine and a nice cafe to spend your time waiting for each other. And while going up and down, you can see how many calories you are burning.
