とても親身になって話を聞いてくれたところです。別の派遣でしたが過去に「貴方よりもっと優秀な人がいるからこの案件は無理じゃない?こっちにしたら?」と言うような心にくる言い方をされてしまったり鼻から話を聞いてくれなかったりと中には居ました。しかし、ここの方は丁寧に話を聞いてくださり、より良い方へと提案をして下さったりととても安心しまたした。本当にありがとうございます!

いろいろな派遣会社の登録説明会等々にこれまで行ってきたが、面談の対応がとても丁寧で驚いた。事務的ではなく、とても普通に穏やかにお話ができるのが印象的でよかった。知り合いで仕事を探している人がいたら、おすすめしたいと思う。

まず、この企業のクチコミ評価が高いのは印象操作のカラクリがあり、サクラを使っている訳ではないが、最初の登録面談の際にクチコミ投稿の依頼をしている。面談が特に問題無くスムーズに進むことなど、派遣会社としてマストなことなのでハードルの高いことではないが、その段階で評価すると当然、良かった、若しくは、普通、と付くのが必然。どのクチコミを見ても十中八九、面談が良かった、としか無い。本来本質的な評価、評判というのは就業開始後であり、姑息なやり方といった印象。 この会社の経理もスキル不足なのか仕事が適当なのか、給与を間違えられた。計算間違いしちゃった的な緩い意識で、賃金未払いに相当する問題であるとの意識は薄い。 就業前の業務説明が無かった、勤務日時の連絡が無い、契約書を間違える、など。 自社でコールセンターを運営しているが、余りにも酷い運営。全く管理経験の無い人間ばかりが寄せ集めで運営しているため、素人感溢れる現場。クライアントから仕事を失うのも近いと思われる。業務研修はつぎはぎ、ほぼ無いに等しく、カリキュラムも存在しない。業務研修をしたことが無いレベルの者が研修担当。基本OAスキルの乏しい人々で構成されているので、社内連携は時代逆行の口頭と紙とペンが主。間違っても自社コールセンターはやめておくべき。元々派遣会社なので派遣雇用として別会社へなら利用する価値は少しはあるかと。ただし、担当営業の当たりが悪ければ、クライアント間におけるフォローは期待出来ない。 また、給与支給日が、大半の企業は締め日より約2週間後程度が多い中、労働基準法内ギリギリの丸1ヶ月後であることも、資金繰りが厳しいのかと想像され、ひいては、安い単価しか提示出来ないことに繋がる。であれば、他社で同案件に応募する方が懸命。 誹謗中傷ではなく、実際に勤務して愛想を尽かせて転職した際の事実である。

Web面談のご担当の方はとても良かったです。他の方が投稿されてるように、丁寧に話を聞いていただけますし、質問にもしっかりと答えて頂けます。素晴らしいと思いました。 ただ、電話での一発目の連絡ではWeb面談で合否が出ます と伺い Web面談では説明会に参加した後に合否が出ます と伺い 渋谷まで出向くという。そこまでして見送られたら・・・という不安が発生してしまったので評価☆3

初めての登録会で面接前はとても緊張していましたが、担当の方が優しくてすぐに緊張がほぐれました。 会社の案内や説明がとても丁寧で分かりやすかったです。 説明の途中で何回かにわけて、質問がないか聞いていただけたので、分からないことをちゃんと確認しながら説明を受けることができました。 また、私の現状やこれからのことについて、ご自身の経験をもとにアドバイスをいただけてとても参考になりましたし、嬉しかったです。

面談がとても丁寧だった。 web面談の際音声が不明瞭だったため直ぐに顔写真だけ撮って電話面接へと移してくれたのでとても印象が良い。 勤務地についても直ぐに最寄り駅から調べていただけたりととても素早く対応して頂けたので初回の面接の感触じたいがとても良かった。 次二次なので評価の上下はそれによるかなといったところ。

福岡のプラスアルファの口コミです →何より、派遣の登録とお仕事の紹介や詳細の面接がWebで出来るのがよかった。担当の方はお若い女性の方で、とても人当たりが良く、言葉遣いも丁寧でした◎派遣の登録は私自身今まで何度かしてきたのですが、時間がかかり、自分の希望通りのお仕事紹介があまりないのがイメージにあるのですが、登録も簡潔かつスムーズで仕事の紹介も条件がいいものばかりでした。(その時のタイミングにもよりますが) 担当の方にもよりますし、まだ登録したばかりなのでこれからの事(トラブル対応など)は分かりませんが、自分の希望を紳士に受け止め一緒にお仕事を探してくれるような良い印象ではあります。
